Hey ya'll I got some feedback from a beta tester for my app which I have been waiting on *yay* So in and out coding wise for me between that and mom stuff. I should be back at day's end.

General thoughts so this can progress.
We really HAVE to lynch Ika. He's not following through on his promise to be lynched. Yeah I know it's scary to be the last person to lynch before Ika does (this position to me is the true hammer) because it forces you to call out ika on his shit. I will not change my vote to a Citrus vote unless we get DANGEROUSLY close to a no lynch. Like 15 minutes close. Almost everyone mentioned Ika's play as anti town but yet people are willing to vote for someone who is helping town is almost mindboggling.

Ika's last post reeks of desperation to communicate scummily to Titus. Why isn't he trying to persuade anyone else who is still alive but only ask Titus to say if you truly believe I'm town you'll do X. What about the other players who might think he is town?? It is a big huge bat signal of we decided to split suspicion between two townies and since Rubicon won't work go with Citrus.

Hell Titus even warned me if I continue down this path of her and ika that I'd probably be dead??! Only mafia can control who dies at night and I have 0 votes for lynch right now so I probably won't get lynched today.

This is a Titus/ika scum team. Lynching Citrus is a IMO a stupid move that allows ika his self preservation when he allowed himself to be lynched. The proper town play for ika in my opinion was to not redirect but instead give us a big huge readwall and advance.

Now this presents a WIFOM scenario, if they NK me they put more suspicious of themselves but if they mention that it is scum framing them do people believe it? Or would a non group keep me alive because they know of the Titus threat? (Repeat until ad nauseum) Voting for a townie that is contributing to meet the lynch IMO is rather stupid unless no other townies left.

Titus better present a read wall by day end as she had time to do an entire flame war but didn't have time to read the thread ought to throw up alarm bells for people.

And in closing : Titus/ika scum. Should be on for day end.

 

Dermon, while it is theoretically possible that one of ika or snowvon is scum, I don't like those options.

Mental note Citrus wagon takes off...Dermon votes TerRaine, which will likely get attention from me. Rubicon has no problem voting fast behind his scumread.

@Mathblade: I don't know what the deal is between you an Titus, but the tone of all your posts has changed significantly. It doesn't necessarily resd as scummy, but your reasoning sounds weaker and overall your contributions are not as helpful.

@ika: Can you summarize exactly what you were trying to accomplish with your D1 behavior and how that has played out so far? Also, can you firm up your argument on Citrus with concrete examples from this game instead of just claiming he's been middle-ground this game and asking us to check out off-site stuff for meta? Give me something to work with.

@ika: I agree I'm tunnelling but what I see supports a you and Titus scum team. That was not a refute of the argument or demonstrating town.

Also why are you not pushing for your biggest defender's reads? Why am I the only one who is. Nothing here has changed and you still aren't being helpful and posting reads.

In contrast, I am pushing people for reads, explaining my arguments with more than just meta and acknowledging we have to lynch someone.

Your no lynch being acceptable argument to me is entirely unacceptable for a town player. Town can only win through lynching mafia. It are comments like this that even if you are town, make you almost a necessity to lynch.

@Atum: Absolutely. I agree with you the tone has changed. Titus's comments were something I feel no mafia player should ever do. She suggested that my personality was something that would get lynched day one and that I should tone down who I am or that I would be dead. That hurt. I am trying to pretend that it didn't hurt and continue for the sake of the game but I think that was the equivalent of hitting below the belt in boxing. Before she said that I had more of an optimism to the game but now I'm trying to understand why the person who invited me to the board is now saying my personality is a horrible fit and I will always be lynched. The only explanation I can come up with is that she is scum. The alternative is much, much worse. I'm trying to get myself back to the prior tone so it can seem as "faking it".

In any case, ika doesn't actually think I'm scum.

Reason being he has my "scumslips" which he refuses to tell me. If he did think I was scum, he would Lord it over me and try to make me react emotionally to that. This is why he's either trying to deflect a counter wagon onto me or he's doing some form of grudge voting me. The fact he hasn't been around at all second half of the day except to goad on Rubicon's voting me is not points for him either

Would it be possible for you to vote for ika to back that up? A Dermon lynch at this point is unlikely but I will reread what was said about him. If we lynch ika and he flips scum it should be a Titus endgame. If he goes town then we can look at other people as then this would probably mean Titus is town. *ugh*
