    Well, this could potentially be interesting. Let me see if I can find an image that portrays Harry as I see him in my head.

    WTF? Isn't this picture on DeviantArt NMB? Cuz it says it's Harry Potter. o_O

    A lot of Marta's artwork was quite good in terms of how I viewed some of the characters, but their website (artdungeon) appears to be down.

    This one is close, but not quite there. The expression is... strange? But nothing I found got it quite right, so I just picked something.

    I always preferred the Swedish cover versions of Harry, before the last one went all emo.

    I must have read this book tens of, if not a hundred, times in grade school. For a while this was the most solid image of Harry I had but a few pictures in this thread can be easy replacements.

    I particularly liked Jon's and Ash's.

    Also I think Harry looks kinda gay in this. Or like something is wrong with his face. Maybe it's too long, like Petunia's horse face.

    You think Harry looks weird on that cover? Not Cedric, Viktor and Fleur? Out of all the four, Harry resembles a human the most.

    Most of the US book covers suck.

    For some reason I tend to imagine Harry Potter in this Disney-like cartoon style, so basically take Daniel Radcliffe and imagine him like that I guess. (Also give him actual black hair and green eyes.)

    Jon's picture is a good one too.

    Haha. Nope, this is me. I ripped my avatar from that picture, but I have no idea who he is. This comes up at least 2-3 times a year and once culminated in someone using my photo for their avatar in possibly the creepiest move ever.

    The majority of your poses look too old for my mental image of the boy who lived. I picture Harry as 12 or 13, not 15+.

    Mine is still a far cry from accurate, though, agreed. And I'm not a fan of the more anime-esque looking ones, particularly where Harry has a sharp or angular chin for w/e reason.

    The bookcovers are a good source. The "new" ones for the US market do a pretty good job.
