Yeah. I'm actually kinda happy we don't have to see their perfect worlds. The manga would go on for another ten years. Either way, the anime now has at least 30 characters they can do filler episodes with.

I never expected Naruto and Sasuke to go under the Tsukiyomi, but was surprised in the way they dodged. Was expecting Kishi to just make it some immunity crap because of Indra/Ashura. So the whole light thing is kinda nice. That said...if it's based on light there is no way Madara can put the entire world under this jutsu. Yeah it's plausible enough that he could hold the moon/planet in place, but what about the other side of the planet. Should have just gone with the Sun and say the reflection off the moon stills counts.

The moon shouldn't need to stay in place. Uchiha don't need to continue holding eye contact after a genjutsu is cast.

Edit: I also question how much the genjutsu portion of that was actually necessary. Putting down the shinobi alliance? Sure. The rest of the world? Probably not. Especially if there are lands beyond the elemental nations.

So, literally everyone who was indoors or for some reason or another couldn't see the light wasn't affected?

I'm pretty sure the light pierces every shadow. You can't hide from it. Physics? What physics?

Again what the purple fuck? This is getting very stupid very fast. Now the only thing that is missing is time travel. Everything else already happened.

I guess that could work...but from the sense I got from the chapter the light touching is what is most important.

I believe the daimyos were inside.

I got the sense that being cocooned was the most important thing. Whether they live in a blissful illusion, a terrible nightmare, or are just trapped by the tree and can't physically extract themselves seems irrelevant to me.

Hmmm...how big could Sasuke make Susanoo? Here's my plan then. Naruto keeps them all alive with his reincarnation powers and rejuvenates their chakra. He makes food and all that crap. They impregnate Sakura (Since it's something useful) and she can pop out Uchiha/Uzumaki super-babies. They will then build an army and when ready leave Susanoo and kick Madara's ass.

    /crackfic.

They could just as easily go get a better woman with the Susanoo.

Yes. It makes sense too because Yamato's chakra would have enhanced Zetsu's wood techniques.

About that, why the hell was the Sandaime referring to Tenzo as Yamato? I thought Yamato was a code name he used when he took on the mission of being Captain for Naruto's team in Shippuden. The Sandaime was dead for a good 3 years at that point.

Heck, even Kakashi called him Tenzo and was asked to use the code name Yamato instead.

I was wondering that myself. Tenzo isn't even his real name either.

I heard that Yamato could be his "public" code name. When he's on a mission that requires him to act as a regular jounin, that's what he goes by. When he's working on ANBU operations, he's Tenzo. And if he left ANBU and started working like any other ninja, he'd go by his real name.

Anyone else kinda annoyed that we really have no idea who Sakumo aka Kakashi's father is. We keep hearing about how he was stronger then the Sannin, but sadly haven't seen him in action, in any flashbacks.

When did we hear that he was stronger than the Sanin? Also I was under the impression that Sakumo's character was only to explain why Kakashi turned out the way he did. Hence leading to the supposed death of Obito. To top it off I thought Kakashi's issues with him where reconciled during the battle with pain when he med him in the afterlife.

From one of the databooks/fanbooks: "He was such a powerful man that it was said that even the 'Legendary Sannin' paled before him."

I see. I've obviously never read any of the data books. Is none of that information in the manga?

Thanks, but this excerpt says that he had the same amount of respect as the Sanin not more strength. Which makes sense in a way I've always been of the impression that the Sanin were named for their exceptional teamwork and surviving against one of the strongest shinobi of their time, and surviving many battles over the years. Sakumo was best known for being a veteran ninja who survived many battles which is noteworthy.
