I'm pretty sure that you can only have a week of inactivity if you're in a promo series.

 

It is a week of inactivity for your promo - I took a few days off after playing 2 games to determine my Gold II/I promo and came back to find out I hadn't played in a week and boom, promo gone, back down to 90 LP.

Speaking of ranked, I finally had the nerve to play my 9th placement match.

Got placed as the only Gold player in a Plat match, learned my lesson about LoL not being minimised by Windows Updates as my computer restarted. Knew I forgot to change something... Needless to say we lost, though I was proud of my performance at ADC, the role I consider to be my 2nd worst.

Surprisingly won my 10th game despite being 17 minutes late due to what was either a drophack or just this god-awful client as Riot blamed my Firewall; the same popup you get after being drop-hacked. Followed by a lock-up that required a restart into LoL taking 7 minutes to log-in, team played it out and I got back into it fairly quickly - even had my lane opponent rage-quit despite him having a free lane most of the game looking at his CS.

Placed Gold I going 7-3, still can't quite believe it.

 

Made it into S3, duoed with my friend and he hit gold finally. On my way now. Recently picked up Nasus, the champion is simply retarded at low levels. Sit at tower, farm for 35-40 mins. Come out of lane with 700 stacks and win. Has basically been how my last 10 games have gone. I almost never get forced out of lane with the outrageous life steal, and with tp I'm right back anyway.

Took the week off for some vacation time, gonna try to hit gold by Sunday.

Still, in the 50's of LP, but I suppose I should play a match. It would be embarrassing to drop after the reasonable effort spent to get to Plat.

Loss. Troll support and early game client crash.
Loss. Rengar decided to 1v5 at minute 45.

I believe I may have developed cancer in my eyes. Back to 0 LP of P5.

 

I'm on a 5 or so game winning streak, made it to Silver 3. Would've lost my first promotional if not for our rengar going 22 and 3

 

FINAAAAAALLLLLY THE LUCKYLEE HAS COME BACK TO LEAGUUUUUE. Except HE DIDN'T BECAUSE IT KEPT CRASHING AS HE WAS TRYING TO INSTALL IT ON HIS NEW COMP. FUCK.

Tomorrow though, after I fix/figure this shit out, the comeback is real.

I had 4 games like that yesterday, disconnect, disconnect, afk and disconnect.

Fell down to P3 because of it. Think its something about this month?

Also, just played a 5s game in ranked. We're D5 in 5s, and I managed to fail my smite not once but twice in the Baron pit in one game. Still won because their full ad Vi decided to facecheck their jungle after we'd just stolen her red. Man I felt bad that game.

 

Well, that loss wouldn't have been so bad if it hadn't been a duo-q doing most of the stomping for them. Unfortunately nobody else wanted to buy wards so, Udyr & Irelia just went around wrecking my team 1 by 1 whilst I sat there wondering why I didn't grab Braum, probably because Morgana was their support.

Second game I apparently dodged after Leona was banned, I didn't notice, selected Zyra against Morgana with 5 seconds to go and magically found myself with a 6 minute ban from queueing for leaving. Huh.

Thus far this Gold I placement hasn't been so healthy, although I chuckled when I saw I had -3LP already, living the dream baby!

Actual game 2 was a bit of a disaster, we got stomped everywhere and our jungler farmed all game, happens. I had to ADC and screwed up royally and cost the lane at level 4, oh well.

Won game 3, Leona baby. +28, which is ridiculous as I'm now 8:4 with 1 dodge so -3 there, my MMR must be nuts as I'm still getting mid-level Plat players.

 

So I had some bad times and fell to Bronze 2. Buckled down and spent the Day climbing to Bronze 1.

Tomorrow, Silver 5. Wish me luck.

 

So... fell to Bronze 2 again due to Dc's trolls and outright fuck ups on my part. But I got a penta kill on Nasus so... silver lining. Lulz were had.
