Suppose Luckylee is a witch. There is one mislynch and one scum lynch. Why would scum feel defeated in that scenario?

If both are scum, then Luckylee could feel defeated like one is going to flip scum and the other wouldn't be read as conftown. That would leave Lucky plus 1. Suppose those two feel they couldn't break through the walls of likely townes.
