I didn't prove they were scum. I proved they were the safest plays if we had doubts about their alignment. I doubted Snwovon was scum several times but I couldn't be sure he was town and thus he had to be lynched.

@Lyrium, take careful note of #3155 and #3162.

If we're going to take ika's responses here as an acceptable defense, then we're saying he can literally never be lynched in any game ever short of a priestclaim. I've asked him a very simple question and he's responding with "FUCK YOU I'M NOT SCUM STOP SAYING I'M SCUM." No one besides me is unlynchable tomorrow, but I think ika is objectively the correct lynch today.

 

I don't think Lucky is scum with ika, but I'm happy to lynch both ika and titus and ika is being a lot less helpful to keep around.

 

It is possible I'm wrong, however based on other games with ika he doesn't fake anger to this level. Unless this is a clever ploy, I believe that Titus is leading town by the nose.

 

Lyrium, at the time scum were practically down two bodies (Citrus was presumed going to die), so why not get conftown cred by offering himself to give ika an extra life? No one actually lynches anyone else when we have a confscum in hand.

@Chad, promise me if Lyrium nor Atum will see the light you will lynch me. A no lynch just drags this on and the group won't lynch ika unless I'm shown town first.

I'll agree only because I'm a replacement; if this were "my" slot I'd gladly ultimatum this shit and tell town that if they want to win with an alleged town!ika they could do it without my vote. I mean, just announced that he wasn't going to play to win even as a town angel. The "policy" in my original policy mention was this: in a close decision, I'm not going to go to bat for town that acts like scum. It's their job not to act like scum, and if they actually are scum it's the winning play anyway.

@Lyrium: Look at this from my POV. Do you agree with me that, without any meta read whatsoever, ika is the slam-dunk lynch here? Do you see how I asked a question that could be trivially answered if he is town and he went into meltdown instead? Like he'd rather just discourage scumhunting altogether, from the new player no less?

I never said I fully bought Titus' scenario. I asked for evidence. I'm gathering evidence. If people intentionally deny me evidence, I have to assume that they don't like what I'd find. If town!ika crosses his arms and refuses to let me entertain the notion that he is town, then I won't entertain the notion that he is town.

 

The very fact that not only bill door thinks im town, but also lyrim is saying im town doesnt convince you says a lot...
