I swear, I mentioned this exact possibility in my QT only to later end up posting "haha, ika noticed". But no, if I were scum there's no way I tunnel you this hard; there's no gain when it would have been so much easier to bus Titus. It's probably the only way I go from unlynchable to a realistic suspect.

 

I will answe this with a blunt response as well:

I don't like to be rude, i don't like to use AtE or yell at players or be like that. But when a player pushes me to that point of rage and emotional strife. It should be a signal to maybe take a step back. It may be a game overall. But I am a highly emotional player (i believe lyrim has also said that, and maybe even luck to an extent). I have quit FMs at one point due to this type of stuff. I don't believe in using logic to solve game merely because of the fact i suck with using logic. I jsut go with what i think. If i end up being wrong, then i am wrong. I am not afraid to admit being wrong, i have been wrong many times over. But I have also been right.

There are times where i will just be straight forward and talk about thing unrelated to the game (like right now).

If you take anything out of this let it be this: When I get pissed and yell, its because I'm legitimately pissed off being a random myslynch late game.

If you look at any of my scum game you will notice that not once I raged out. I just can't emulate it as scum. And if I tried it would not be worth the effort.

real talk: no, im not. there can be times to egg on me, but there are also times where its not so good.

theres a distince diffrence between me joking around and me being serious. its late for me. im prob going to head off for night right now.

slight game note: if your seriously town, you should reconsider trusting titus atm. i have played with her and she should know better then to push me past my limits. i will admit right now, i can be 100% right or 100% wrong right now. im just followinig what i think is right.

real talk: i will be talking to her post game about this my QT has been litered with agressive post and anger. usally i delete all my post out of a fury of rage. but i think its best if players see it come end of the game to truly understand the impact some things have on me. i did come off highly agressive and came out in a blaze of anger. But i will tell you, you are not the first (nor probally the last) how have suffered or experinced it.

i mean really, come theend of it i find its a game, win or lose, we can look back and have a good laugh.if your going to stick around for a few hours, i would consider haveing some fun with lyrim and lucky. sometimes the best way to enjoy a game, is to jsut be a troll and have 0 cares in the world

 

You know, I'm starting to wonder if Titus is the me of these forums (I tend to be perceived as scum in all games). Do you think this tunnel would be perceived any differently if Titus weren't perceived as the force behind it?

Ironically, my current level of desire to lynch ika mostly comes from his reaction when I threatened to lynch him. One thing I'm really not kidding about: I'm not a fan of AtE and only AtE being a defense.

Like, the question about "what would it take for him to be lynched?" is a very serious one. Is screaming not to lynch him really going to keep him safe for the rest of the game? I have a serious concern of witches letting us both get to endgame when we can't afford a mislynch anymore.

Bonus question: If Titus is scum, who's the other one?

The game won't end on this lynch because there almost has to be more than one scum. If I'm remembering the flips correctly, it's been more than one day since a scum was lynched, so they'd have to be bluffing with a single-kill despite being outnumbered like 8:1. The alternative is that Lyrium is the only witch and lying about cardflips, which I don't really believe either.

And those scum were lynched d1 and d2, and we can assume there were no nightkilled scum except maybe Titus' n1 bomb, so if there's only 1 scum there's been only one scum since n3. There's no way they've been sitting on Last Stand that long.

Thats my guess. the thing was is titus gave me a reason on why she was bombing font besides 2 ppl suggesting it.

The fact that font does PoE by town readin players and the fact she was having RL issues that caused her to have limited posting. IIRC, titus was surprised that she was town readin her as well. im too tired to find quotes now and prob wont be around for end day.

The only was i could truly see it being 1 scum and not using last stand would be someone like atum who we dont really suspect untill recently.

I guess the word I was looking for here is "frame". Like speaking from the POV that I am scum and Titus is innocent, my play today would be really weird. Even before taking into account that I'm a replacement you guys don't know, coming in for someone who barely posted and is believed to be a town role. I mean, would any of you blink if I just jumped on Titus' wagon without much justification? Because that's totally what I would do in that spot.

 

Chad, its very difficult for us to deal with you. Very difficult. I mean first you're replacing the former beloved acolyte, Riley Poole. He was a testament to the strength and will of this town to survive against dark magic and pagan rituals involving the sacrifice of small children. His untimely murder-suicide has really shocked us to the core of our faith.

Then, you are replacing into a conf!town position so we can't tunnel you or you know other stuffs. Then, we don't know you or your posts style. Finally, like when does the Acolyte get upgraded to be Priest? It doesn't happen in-game so like what do we do with you?

Also, I'm still waiting for you to discuss the prospect of a candlelight vigil for our dead townies.

I just realized that this really does split it into town!Titus and scum!Titus worlds; in your scum!Titus hypothetical this reads "ok fine lynch me, but don't lynch my partner."

And Atum hasn't posted in forever. =/
