Buffy. Friends. I watch through Firefly about once a year.

 

Every year I usually dedicate a month to rewatching 'The Wire'. Right now I'm currently reliving my childhood and watching 'Are You Afraid of the Dark?'.

 

What are these feels in me all of the sudden?

I think I saw every single episode of that series when it first aired on TV. Also, all of them are on Youtube now.

 

The one and only Babylon 5.



I honestly lost count how many times I rewatched it by now. It's really one of the best science fiction shows that I've ever seen, nothing can come close.

 

If I want humor I'll rewatch Seinfeld or Malcolm in the Middle.
For drama, I'll rewatch the Wire.

I watched a lot of TVland haha. Favorite though has to be "I Dream of Jeannie"

 

Spin City, Boy Meets World... those are the only shows that I think I've rewatched.

The Three Stooges (New Years marathons)

House (mostly season 1 and 2)
A ton of old Spider-Man cartoons ('66, 80s, and friends, 90s, spectacular)
Firefly (Obviously)

And I suppose Merlin, if I'm in the mood.

 

Malcolm in the Middle, Samurai Jack, Seinfield, Frasier, Justice League, Rome. Loved them, they molded my taste in TV shows. Bonanza, Friends and Band of Brothers aren't as important, but when I see them passing I always stop.

 

Lets see, here is some series I rewatch aside from some of the stuff that has been mentioned already: Andromeda, Xena warrior princess, Hercules the legendary journeys and Monarch of the Glen.

Some cartoons I often rewatch are, The animals of farthing wood, which goes on tv from time to time. And the old classic The Legends of Treasure Island which today only exists in bad quality on a couple of youtube channels which is a shame. Here is one of them for those who are interested.

 

Star Trek: TNG, That 70s Show, and Star Wars The Clone Wars have been my recent go-to background shows. I hit up Bonanza or The Waltons if I'm feeling it.

 

I forgot about Blackadder, how could I forget about it. It never gets old, especially the last season.

 

Blackadder and Faulty Towers, for me.

 

IMHO still the best overall SF show despite the relative low production budget. Just fantastic actors, 3d characters, ark and scripts. Sadly several actors died far too early.

 

That 70's show, at least once a year. The same with Firefly.

I liked it a lot back then because of the high quality of the actors, direction, dialogues and interesting characters. But after the last years I got far too cynical to truly appreciate the "we're the good men/women" theme of that politic PR fantasy.

As escapistic and unrealistic 24 was for instance some characters in it were pure gold in describing the sad reality. For instance the Charles Logan president character probably comes the closest to the narcissistic sleazy psychopaths in the political sphere "these" days.

During the early seasons I enjoyed "The Practice" a lot before it got somehow streamlined and lost this something special. I also love "Northern Exposure". Every time I watch it feels like meeting old friends.

As comedy, the UK version of "Coupling" was just funny and I've always loved Married with Children

 

I rewatched Beyblade after 10th grade was done, but I never made it past the first season. Currently rewatching Pokemon after having gone through Friends.

And I don't know if it counts, considering it aired before I was born, but I rewatch The Joy of Painting by Bob Ross a lot. Relaxes me immensely, and I found out a couple of years ago that it's a phenomenon called ASMR.
