Oops, missed that. Was too focused on Lyrium there.

Zenzao: Looking more and more like newbie scum. Could easily be wrong on this though; I don't have a good history of judging newbie alignment.

Blab: Is focusing more on asking questions, generally keeping his thoughts and opinions hidden. That's not encouraging to me, but it's not particularly scummy either. I've done the same thing myself before (and I can see why people pick up on it now).

On the other hand, despite asking lots of questions we haven't seen any follow up on them. That is scummy and makes me inclined to think that Blab wants to look as though he's scumhunting without giving away that he has no reasons behind asking questions.

    Vote: Blab

Citrus: I have no fucking clue on his alignment. He's oddly focused on Fontisian and double votes, though I get the impression that he's come into this game feeling quite excitable. If my personal experience is worth anything I tend to feel that more when I'm scum than when I'm town, but that's less than gut instinct at this point.

Powerofdeath: Hasn't posted enough for me to get a read on him. POST MORE.

Whooves, dear, could you elaborate on what you meant here? If you don't have a qt, and don't think you need one, why exactly would you make one for yourself and then post in it once or twice?

    @MathBlade

Atum said he'd want to be on a scumteam with me, even though I royally suck. True love right there.

    ----------

I've never heard of a fluid wincon. That's fancy.

I dunno I kinda want to see how it changes, if the circumstances allow it.

    Vote: Aekiel

    Protect MathBlade at all costs.

Okay, so far you've done very little of serious note. You've poked at a few holes in peoples' logic, which is a moderately townie thing to do, and you seem to be trying to get into the heads of other people. Also townie.

On the other hand, why you asked about yourself is bugging me. There's no reason I can think of that you would need that information, other than to act as a touchstone for how to base your reactions in relation to me in the future. That strikes me as a scummy thing to do.

So, I'm fairly hit or miss on you right now. There's not really enough for me to switch my vote from Blab to you, but at the same time I don't have a firm town read on you.

Why protect MathBlade? If she's third party then she doesn't need protection. If she's lying and is actually scum then you're defending scum. If she's town and pretending to be third party then... I have no fucking clue why she'd do that, but whatever.

I'm protecting her because we're best friends, not because she needs it. Although if it came down to her vs. town then she'd have to go. I'd cry a single tear.

If she's lying and actually scum, then yes, I am in fact defending scum, although unintentionally. Don't be a victim blamer, Aekiel.

If she's town masquerading as a third party, that's. Probably a good idea? I don't think scum care about third parties all that much.

Huh. I kinda see what Rubicon's talking about on Snowvon.

Snowvon are you scum with fontisian? Because I'm worried you're scum with fontisian.

Seriously, every game you make some comments about possibilities of scum!fontisian (just like Lyrium does and did so kinda this game), and you haven't done so yet...

If I were scum with fontisian, everyone would already be dead.

I don't think so? fonti usually does her "Von, what am I?" thing and then I flip a coin and check my horoscope and roll seven 10-sided dice and drink the blood of a virgin during a solar eclipse to determine my answer.

    Third Party Survivor: MathBlade

We’re not lynching Math toDay. Lyrium is obv!town. Titus is fluff posting, but doesn’t seemed concerned about being lynched or controlling the town. Rubicon an ass, but his actions make sense, so he’s probably a town ass. Aekiel’s 27 had a nice amount of arrogance and his early jump on Zenzao was decent. The more recent reads are good, even though his push to lynch Mathblade is objectively wrong. Blab is playing with fire and has been asking the right questions. Atum is trying to solve the game, but his 243 was selfconscious.

TerRaine isn’t here. Sloth’s post excusing himself unnecessarily promised to more later. PowerofDeath is useless and has no interest in solving the game, but I think that’s just a shitty SC2 thing. Kalas’ mod vote avoiding solving the game.

Whooves’s first vote for Titus (with the “I keed”) was weird and self-conscious and his response to my qt question looks like it came from someone who didn’t read Lexi’s correct and then tried to cover it up. 213 has a caught-for-the-wrong-reasons vibe. Snowvon isn’t giving an reads, isn’t concerned about how right or wrong he is, and is playing down his scum play. Zenzao is overly conciliatory, expresses concern with his own image, and immediately followed me onto Rubicon. And Citrus is following his scum habit of attacking a town leader for bullshit reasons and hoping they’ll ignore him and putting too much emphasis on obscure mechanical details.

    Important posts:
    Titus: 11, 17, 109, 117
    Whooves: 12, 38, 132, 171, 199, 213
    Sloth: 15
    Rubicon: 16, 33, 120, 215
    Zenzao: 19, 37, 40, 90, 136, 190, 220
    Citrus: 21, 137, 147, 166, 197, 252
    Aekiel: 27, 43
    Lyrium: 45, 163
    Kalas: 47
    Blab: 133, 209, 214
    Powerofdeath: 200
    Atum: 243
    Snowvon: 249

The proportion of good players in my town reads is concerning. Ah well. Now if Sloth, TerRaine, and PoD could just drop obv!town tells when they get back in, I'll be able to break this game completely.

All comments on what I think about who picked what should be enjoyed with caution.

    Rubicon: Is probably town

    Lyrium: The usual.
Think she would pick town (I remember her promising us a game where she goes all super-decieve on us, though;))

Zenzao: I have found Zenzao genuine at least, and that's hard to fake. Also thought he was relatively unlikely to pick scum. Matches with unsure motivated townie.

Snowvon: This is different from the last game where he was scum. I'd imagine as scum he would have uttered anything game-relevant by now (It probably encourages bad meta to townread him for this though)

Titus: I haven't seen any of the "let's do/say X to move the overall gamestate towards Y", that is of benefit to scum!Titus, which is how scum!Titus plays (as far as I can tell).
On the other hand I'd imagine Titus picking 3rdparty>scum>town and Mathblade is survivor.

    TerRaine:
Gut feeling is that she would be the person least likely to pick scum of the "no content" cluster.
    PowerofDeath:
For an experienced player having no meta is probably more of an opportunity as scum, but that's wmg. first post kinda null. Saying you're not reading everything is kinda annoying, though.
    Sloth:
Like I said, in the absence of everything else, saying that he would enjoy to playing scum in a non-newbie game works against him.

Doctor Whooves: Slipping in the information that he picked town in 171 is one of the more scummy ways to react to that question. He was also more proactive/aggressive in the game I remember of him (he was town).

Citrus: Focus on double-voter is off. Attitude slant in 147# I think is coming more likely from scum. Also thought he would have picked town after loosing scum games both here and somewhere else:(

Kalas: Hasn't done much and the "logic!!!" stuff was weird/forced.
Could be that I'm just out of that loop, though.

    Fontisian: see #128;)

Aekiel: Don't like his focus. Also gut. Also he voted me. Meanie.

Atum: I don't like how he answered my question. (mostly how he avoided giving a opinion on Dr. Whooves alignment). Asking Aekiel how he is doing and asking me how I would answer my own question is more likely to come from a scum-mindset where he is worried about how he is doing. Hasn't done much else.
Wasn't particularly high on my list on how likely it is that he would pick scum, though.

    MathBlade:
    Is definitely not town.

@Fonti/Rubicon: How is this different from town!Zenzao?

@Snowvon: Comments on this. Start playing, pretty please?
