she was irritated way before that though.

How much of what you said about her being scummy was something you believed?

    @Titus
Yep. Hit me up for all your translating needs.

    --

I love how blab hasn’t said a single unique or relevant thing so far.
Where do you fall right now, blab? What are your reads?

    --
    @Citrus
Mostly been waiting to gauge reactions to it – which has been largely lacking on actual counters, aside from Titus’ quick move to brush things off with laughter, and Hooves rehashing what he’s already said.
The lack of response says something on itself, I suppose.
And now there’s your poke of course. Hm.
Like I said before, this is not a game where I can be at the front lines, right in the thick of it. I’m simply too busy. So, you should know it’s a waste of time to say I should take charge, all it does it doubtcast me.

I was feeling much better towards you before you clumsily backpedalled on Fonti.

    --

Right, stay tuned, I’ll be of more use tonight, I hope.

Basically ignoring the whole Fonti/Citrus feud and starting fresh tonight on this game.

Also, anyone that's 100% certain of anything in a mafia game is probably scum.
Especially when it's Day freakin' 1.

I believed what I said in the first 2 posts at the time. If fontisian had ignored my vote/pressure for example I would have tried a more pointed accusation then just moved on if nothing happened still. I was looking for genuine town irritation, if that helps convey what I meant better

I think it was a scummy move, but I wanted confirmation before I threw my vote around. Seems a bit silly to do that to pressure you to answer, when asking would do just as well.

My thoughts on your exchange, succinctly, are that fontisan was rightfully lambasting you on mistakes you made. I very much doubt it was a gambit - and if it was, then all you have achieved is (mostly) confirming her as town to yourself and not anyone else. For you to have fabricated this exchange either requires you to be able to see the future, and therefore very specifically make mistakes in order for fontisan to confront you, or scum collusion.

In my opinion, it is the third option: fontisan pointed out some issues in your posts, and maybe they were mistakes and maybe they were slips, you tried to refute them, realised you were failing and then attempted to pull this 'I knew all along' routine.

Now, despite my meta telling me that you're being more open than you usually are as scum, I can't ignore the game as I see it. So yes, I will be voting for you.

    VOTE CITRUS

Fair enough Sloth, but a pretty good rule of thumb for walls is if you post one, no matter how analytical/colorful, and you don't pursue its conclusions, others may not necessarily do so either. Analysis looks townish, of which town or scum can do. But town scumhunts, and there's a vague difference between the two.

Why would you ignore the Font/Citrus stuff after stating "I was feeling much better towards you before you clumsily backpedalled on Fonti." What do you mean by feeling? Are you developing a read on me? Do you specifically need to develop reads this game?

---------- Post automerged at 05:09 PM ---------- Previous post was at 05:07 PM ----------

How does it not prove she's town to anyone else? Why would my point of view vs. anyone else's affect how anyone else views it?

The only case where my point of view on her genuinity matters is if we are both scum faking that and it's pretty apparent that's not the case, which is the point

Oops. I missed this one despite the reminders, sorry about that.

Anyway, the vote was just for pressure. I meant to follow up on it but stuff happened and I didn't (i.e. I can't remember why any more).

    Big post incoming.

I'm saying that the 'genuine town irritation' you were apparently looking for doesn't necessarily prove townyness to anyone but you. Maybe I'm wrong, and someone else will love it, but it doesn't do it for me.

I'm not saying your opinion will affect how others will judge her (although it might), just that your 'proof' might means precisely jack shit to me.

Why would it mean jack shit? At the very least it should mean something. Look at what she said from a town PoV and a scum PoV. Which makes sense, which doesn't, why. How does her tone fit into it.

Are you not even going to try to think about it?

I dunno Citrus, your sudden white flag doesn't really make me feel better about you. Is that supposed to handwave everything fonti was pointing out about your posts? Because I noticed in your reply to Whooves, you focused on your POV vs everyone else's POV on town!fonti instead of addressing this:

That's the part I'm interested in.

I believed what you said in your third post. I didn't for the first two, hence my responses. It's as simple as that

I am sorry that your perception on what is relevant is wrong.

    something like
    Rubicon,Lyrium,fontisian
    Zenzao,Snowvon,TerRaine

    PoD,Sloth,Aekiel
    Dr Whooves,Atum,Kalas
    Titus
    Citrus

    Mathblade

Also, apparently I have to thank Citrus for giving me the opportunity to develop a read on fontisian. Thanks.

Titus, can you finally explain your Aekiel read?

Can you address the bit snow pointed out, Citrus? That was the main thrust of my argument.

Pretty sure I've already answered that. I believed what I said at the time. I found flaws with fontisians's second post too, making me question her genuinity. Her third wall addressed almost everything in a sufficient way.

The first two weren't. I was working off what I remembered, I didn't go and open each of your posts, and everything I responded with was valid

---------- Post automerged at 05:58 PM ---------- Previous post was at 05:56 PM ----------

Wait. You really think I'd aggro you as scum on d1 like that. Knowing you'd actually respond to me and that it didn't really work at all in the fs quick hunt game? Like you think I'd just do that every single time I'm scum and what, cross my fingers it works? Granted this is meta and wine but I mean still

I am always astonished by people's inability to learn from their mistakes.
