What if Blab or Titus is a Cult Leader?

 

Again, for people who might not know what cult in mafia is:

There are too many scenarios here possible. Maybe we can start narrowing what is in the realm of possibility or not?

1) Blab and Titus are aligned. This could mean:
1a) Blab and Titus are scum. If Titus is lynched toDay then her flip gives a lot of information. Not just her role but also her wagons day one and day two.
1b) Blab and Titus are town. MathBlade's check was wrong or falsified for reasons unknown at this point.
1c) Blab and Titus are third party team such as cultists.

2) Blab and Titus are not aligned.
2a) Blab is town and Titus is scum and shenanigans play a part in why Blab received that info (really need more from Blab since he is usually Professor Knows Everything and Has Reads On Everyone by this point)
2b) Blab is scum and Titus is town. Blab is trying some sort of gambit. Makes the least amount of sense but its a rare chance.

Anything else that I missed?

Regarding Titus/Sloth? Because one of those 2 are probably getting lynched today. You would have to make a hell of a case on Fonti to convince me to lynch her rather than 2 people that have been claimed by role mechanics.

 

I could see Kalas, Aekiel, Sloth, and maybe you making sense.

Probably not Whooves, probably not Zenzao because of his paranoia that me & her were going to quicklynch him overnight.

Kalas siding with me about Titus yesterday looked a bit like distancing from his partner's push on her (one scum attacks, one defends).

I agree with giving Sloth a chance to use his role on town.

 

My better idea is to confirm Mathblade is a load of shit by having Lyrium explode on Mathblade. Mathblade, being lyncher, would win if I was lynched. If Lyrium does this and flips town, then we know that Mathblade is full of shit. We have two conftowns (me and Blab) AND we can still lynch.

Supposing (for sake of paranoia) I am scum, having Lyrium explode onto Mathblade gains me ZERO time. You could still lynch me entirely. I gain zero defense by proposing this route. It just calls me out. It proves what I have been saying all the fuck along.

If Lyrium flips town, I'm forced to reasses.

Lyrium will not just take a lynch but explode giving us information on who she explodes on.

We don't lynch the investigator who is confirmed by another investigator over the speculations of someone who isn't town and has holes that the third party refuses to explain because they don't want to.

The other alternative is to lynch Sloth but it's not optimal. You exploding (hint which is what you should do if you are ZOMG confident I am scum) is the optimal play. If someone asks what it is, that is what I will say.

I have won flawlessly before as a mafia suicide bomber who got lynched the townies I was supposed to be exploding on. So I want you to explode. So please do so.

 

Also, what is the basis of your "theory" that MathBlade is a lyncher? Any evidence? Any case?

Rubicon, then who are you advocating a lynch for? Sloth and Titus are up but as we all know the day is a week long so tides can turn quickly.

It seems like you want to give Sloth a chance to prove his town-ness, who should he give the extra shot to?

As for Titus, it seems like you think she might be town or are you unsure? Either way thoughts on her, her plan, her crazy?

CCing the investigators is basically a lyncher move. If I a Mathblade's target to get lynched, then she is going to be forced to throw doubt onto Blab. The only way she can do that is to claim that she's got a cop in her mysterious bag of tricks. I wouldn't be surprised if she came out with something else if Blab flips town because you kill him.
