My brother and I watched it out of curiosity.

Never in my life have I rolled my eyes so many times in the span of a few hours.

Ugh, I just remembered there was this one really super awful horribly bad horror movie I wanted to recommend if you ever felt like laughing uncomfortably for a lot longer than you really needed to. But I can't for the life of me remember the title.

There was one point where a dead character opened her eyes to check if the scene was still going on and it was never edited out. I actually cried.

My favorite is the Z-grade movie Zombie strippers
which ends in zombie strippers having a contest in which they shoot increasingly larger objects out of their decaying vagina.

The Host reminded me of a similarly titled film, The Hunt.

Danish film about a really cool guy who loves being a kindergarten teacher gets accused of pedophilia and everything is sadness and mass hysteria galore.

I fully admit to having watched this without knowing what it was about because Mads.

I recebtly discovered Forever - which is about this immortal man living in the modern day. Fairly entertaining two episodes so far, and it doesn’t take itself too seriously. Reminds me a bit of House MD and BBC Sherlock.

Okey, I watched the two episodes of Forever. It's a mixed bag of nuts. Not enough episodes to get the feel of all the characters, but interesting. This cat and mouse game with man in shadow reminds me of the Mentalist. And mentalist fucked that up like nothing... I would rather liked if it weren't so much drama and angst oriented, but what have you...

Yes, Forever's premise is interesting, but the actual protagonist's desire for death leaves much to be desired. I'd prefer someone more in the vein of Methos; immortality without angst, simply walking through the centuries savoring life.

Anyway, the Strain has gotten really good; it had a slow start, demanding a bit of suspension of disbelief with the CDC's actions, but the characters (Setrakian in particular) have really come into their own, and the antagonists... well, after all the sparkling misunderstood vampires, I'm happy to see some played straight.

I just saw the Family Guy / Simpsons crossover episode.

Whether or not you think Family Guy sucks or think that the Simpsons are past their glory days, I think this episode did justice to both shows.

I think it was funny, clever and showcased both shows in a good way. Characters from both Family Guy and Simpsons had their shining moments and traditional gags.

In fact, there are several moments in which Homer Simpson does Peter Griffin's gags and vice versa.

All in all, I highly recommend you see this episode. It's an hour long special in which the Griffins travel to Springfield.

I liked it too. It served to show me why I love the Simpsons and never truly cared for Family guy.

A little miffed at the dig to a far more superior show than both of them. Bob's burgers.

Scorpion is getting really silly really fast... While I could buy some of the bullshit of episode 1 and had hoped that it would improve it becomes clear that it doesn´t. The idea that somebody could come to the conclusion of a special designed bio-virus after looking a few moments at some computer code is beyond my ability to understand or belief.
And add to that the continued portrayal of these geniuses as emotionally different yet having them behave like any other person and I can say that I will not continue watch this series.

I watched the first episode of 'The Flash'. There were so many cliches that I couldn't complete the episode. It was horrible. I get that it's based off a comic and some corny lines are inevitable. But when almost every action and statement is so damned predictable the episode becomes unwatchable.

Arrow was the same way at first. Occasionally still is.

I think it was the worst movie I have seen in about 4 years.

I just came back from watching it. While I wouldn't call it bad, it isn't good either. My main complaint is that is seems to be a ten minute backstory to frame a movie featuring Vlad and the older vampire played by Charles Dance.

Then someone decided to bloat it up into a movie of its own and there just isn't enough plot. The rules for the vampires are never established beyond some really clunky exposition and they're hilariously overpowered.

Just watch the trailer. It has all the good bits from the movie.

Currently on an Arrow binge, avoided it for the last 3 years or so based of its horrendously over dramatic first few episodes, but I admit its got me hooked, I'm willing to see if they manage the same trick with Flash.

I found the first season ok even if the whole masked hero thing was badly executed but stopped watching after the first few episodes of the second season... Too many supernatural elements and too much bullshit on the character front.

    The Musketeers

An entertaining series based on the Three Musketeers. It has great action scenes, is full of humour and with interesting characters, I especially liked its portrayal of cardinal Richelieu as an pragmatic but loyal servant of France.

Youre missing out, one of the better shows on TV. The first ten episodes were meh, but it really found its footing in S2.

I reckon Flash will be the same way, give it 10 or so episodes to find it's footing.

I've been watching Blue Bloods a bit lately. I think I'm watching season 5, but I'm not sure to be honest.

It's pretty cool, and I'm not usually a fan of cop/CSI type shows. Plus it has The Selleck and the Mustache.

Seconded. Just finished Musketeers. The first two episodes were meh but it starts picking up afterwards. The finale was actually quite gripping for me and the characters are engaging.
