Day Two Ends

It was midday, citizens milled about in varied states of anxiety while trapped inside the palace under siege. Heirs searched for some clue of their guards while guards attempted to protect their heirs without revealing their identity. The assassin loitered among them waiting for someone to slip.

A man, bedecked in orange finery, was conversing with several others. He tried to seek out among them a common enemy. Alas, the people around him turned on him. He yelled and shouted, grasping at his companions to plead for his life. Yet, he would see no mercy this day. In the light of day, four held the man down until a dagger protruded from his neck. The man gurgled, dropping to his knees.



The rabble surrounded him, "Who are you? Who was your heir?" they asked.

The guard looked at them and his eyes began to dim. Sadly, he said, "I am Citrus. In life I served, in death I serve. Long live the true heir."

Night Two will last until 8PM EST 11/21/2014.

 

Filler Game: War in the Palace

The second night of the palace under siege was grim. A guard had been murdered. The heirs did not know if the man murdered was one of their supporters or their enemies.

The assassin watched the proceedings, as the rabble did its work for it. One by one they would all fall. Or so it wished.

For the guards and heirs remaining set forth this day to honor their fallen comrade and root out at least one evil among their midst.

Yet, time stood still for no one.




Day Three Will Turn Into Night Three at 8PM EST 11/22/2014.
