Actually, you've been constantly putting pressure on me...even when you put me in your town wall....far more then any other player that you mentioned and you mention me in far more post than others. Like even when I try to focus on other people like Fishy you continue to engage me in this useless cycle.

I really don't care to respond to people who I know are wrong after a point because either they're scum trying to get a reaction and possibly role information. There was nothing I could say to Sloth that would convince him I was town. He went on and on and on about me not answering questions but when I did he used that as proof to put me as the Riddler. THerefore, you are the same practically in that I'm damned if I do and damned if I don't and I don't care for that.

And the thing about pressure is...some people are more volatile then others so if you push them to a point then you'll get feedback accordingly.

    However, let me help you:
    1. If you believe me to be scum who are my scummates?
    2. Do a case with hard evidence on me either being the Riddler or scum.

@Math, Yup totally I'm scumsiding Riddler. I want to know your role first. You tell me, I won't blow your buddies.

Seriously, what response were you expecting to get there?

Why are you so quick to assume that annoyed!Lyrium = town!Lyrium? I've been annoyed as scum when I don't get the lynch I want.

I did read your wall. Not a fan. Lot of words. Little content.

I do agree that TerRaine and Lyrium would be helpful if they spent a little more time on others (for the rest of the group) but I like getting under their heads and seeing their thought processes this game.

    Fair 'Nuff.

I will focus on something I found odd from D1 once I get an answer on a question I asked today.

Mala is scum because no active hunting since replace and the prior person she replaced Aekiel was on my scumdar.

    For example -- https://forums.darklordpotter.net/showpost.php?p=775189&postcount=177

This post here I think Aekiel was testing to see if Riley had accurate reads or is attempting to fake conversation with him. More than likely the first.

Honestly Math that just seems like a common question to ask someone of their scum reads. I mean...I feel like almost every player has asked another who they think the teammates of their highest suspects are.

Also Mala has only had 8 posts since she replaced.

also also....I find it odd you've been setting her up as scum before she even started posting.

I mean she hadn't typed a single word yet and you are already dropping hints

---------- Post automerged at 08:33 PM ---------- Previous post was at 08:31 PM ----------

Now it could be you were saying that based on your Aekiel scum read but so far your support of that read seems to be a single question that doesn't strike me as indicative of any alignment.

Do you have more in regarded to your scum read on Aek?

@Lyrium -- Why do you like Hobbity things? I like hobbits IRL but not quite sure why I'd like them in game.

    @Titus --

Obviously if I ask a question I have reasons. :p What those reasons are I do not have to share. I'm town so I'd prefer to keep my role to myself, thanks. However you keep your sarcasm as the deeper your posts just annoy rather than scum hunt the more likely you are Riddler and I am right.

@Terraine: Not in that time and in that context. Reread for context please.

And I was just introducing her. A scummer is a person who plays Mafia IRL or is a general term for a person who plays Mafia on MS.

Almost all of Aekiel's posts seem like they are completely unwilling to discuss anything helpful. He also said he wasn't willing to discuss his town reads. If I'm wrong and I think a town is scum and a scum is town I want to see why. Give me reasons. Being unwilling to help town is pretty fucking scummy.

And yes -- Mala has only had 8 posts since replaced.

    @ Fluff -- Reads please.

Really? Didn't know there was a term for that.

I have a IRL mafia party coming up actually...no where near as detailed and intricate of set ups but lots of fun when combined with food and booze

MathBlade, I guess it depends. Like I imagine certain players to be more hobbit like in the way they play and others to be more elf or human like (like in that battle scene the elves and humans do all of the main work and the hobbits kind of assist or be silly). Like Snowvon plays hobbit style when hes town.

I am not a game solver MathBlade, and if that's how you're going to judge your read of me then I'm going to come out as scum every single time. I'm just not. Also, we have a game on FS together, in case you think AYAW2 is our only one. I gave reasons for why I wanted Sloth dead and it turns out they were all for naught so I need time to rethink and be less sad.

I'll give my general thoughts on players since you asked so nicely, but really I feel like everything needs to be flipped over and examined more closely. That'll have to wait until this weekend.

    Sloth
    Fishy Justice
    Snowvon

    Lyrium
    Zenzao
    Rubicon r Vesvius

    TerRaine
    his fluffiness
    Citrus
    MathBlade r Schrodinger

    Titus r House r Nemrut
    Riley
    Malakittens r Aekiel
    Kento Kraitos

    Qgqqqqq
    Quanksor
    Atum

Okay, so. I'll do this by the above groupings.

Lyrium is Lyrium and everyone who knows better should be able to tell this is her townplay, personal arguments notwithstanding. Zenzao feels the same as he did in CYS. Rubicon...meh. I found myself agreeing with a lot of what he said about scum!Sloth, and I'm really hoping that was us sharing the same POV instead of him playing me like a violin.

TerRaine, his fluffiness, and Citrus all feel slippery to me. I had them as town at one point but I feel like I need to rethink them. MathBlade is making my head spin, and continuing the trend of dropping an enormous wall after I poked at her. I really don't know why she's getting on my case about not solving the game, this isn't anything new for me. Weakest townread for not being batshit insane enough for my liking.

Titus, Riley, and Mala need to post more. I've been ignoring KK all game (sorry <3), I just threw him in my null pile and I'll get to him whenever.

Atum isn't fluffing with me and he's probably scum. Quanksor was almost lynched and hasn't really done anything to make up for that. And Qgqqqqq just makes me vaguely uncomfortable.

Keep in mind, most of this is based on general feelings/posts from pages 1-17. I have a lot of reading to do, but I have two exams coming up so this is all you get for now.

Lyrium and TerRaine, if you can't say anything nice then just please ignore each other for a few pages or so because I'm skimming any posts by you guys that have anything to do with your D1 argument.

Yup. Ask Titus and Malakittens. :D Titus just had a rad meet at her house where Titus, Mala, and myself were all bunkered up with about 10 other people in her house and played mafia with food and booze. If you play on MafiaScum (MS) be prepared to be called a scummer.

Can you PM me the details later? I may be in the East Coast at some point if things pan out. No promises obviously.

@Lyrium -- Ugh...So if I read that right you're saying because Snowvon is being anti-town and not helping that he is town? Like wtf. Him being anti-town and unhelpful and having a scum read and Sloth saying he is scum is a damn good reason that he is scum.

And so are elves what? Wizards of deception? Please continue your analogy and include me and al the other players.

No, well I don't like the term anti-town. I just eww. that term drips of like judgement to me.

My analogy is that hobbits enjoy fun and light-heartedness and sillyness and that is their playstyle. Not everyone can be Sherlock Holmes. Elves are Sherlock Holmes and in their corrupted form are Orc scum\sks. Elves are like the highest echelon of mafia player.

Then humans are like normal players who make mistkes or can be a mix of plus and not so plus. Most players are human.

Based on Snow's play I think him to be town. Yes a lot of his play is fluff but honestly I don't think I would care to play mafia if people couldn't fluff. Like 1. I wouldn't be able to do much in a game that was pure deduction\induction.2. Mostly I see my role, for example, as the Gatherer. I ask questions and then smart people do something with it or notice things with it.

I don't know what it would take for me to have a strong analytical thing, probably idk Limitless. Everyone has a role and if we were all the same then it would be boring\sad.

---------- Post automerged at 09:02 PM ---------- Previous post was at 08:59 PM ----------

However, if this certain hobbit feels like its in some sort of cycle where theres no way out bc the harrasser wont listen or will twist everything and anything then this hobbit responds in a volatile manner. There's a reason in RL people describe this hobbit as "0 to 60 real quick."

However, if not feeling that way then generally hobbits are playful and like music and tasty snacks and happy things like bright colors and rings.

@Sis, why are you insisting that I am the riddler and not scum? The riddler would indeed be scumhunting, as town and scum roles do not overlap.

The assumption no scumhunting = Riddler is off. Why wouldn't you jump to scum... unless you know I am not scum.

Plus, you're fluffing... you don't fluff...

Fair warning and this really isn't flexible I will be out of town from Saturday night til Sunday night with almost no chance at posting time. I will try to get back before D2 ends but I will be at a dinner so I'm not sure I'll be around for the 8:30 (my time) deadline. This is especially true if we end early to have twiglight

I will be sure to have my vote and reads in place before I leave on Saturday

@Snow -- Then what are you doing?

I've been known to post fluff now and again but if you aren't scum hunting and trying to solve the game what are you doing. I can understand trying not to break it but you should be able to provide reads etc throughout the game without me trying to drag it out of you.

It's almost as if you want to be vapor and not have your opinions known.

About that wall and the prior ones -- They were already promised. There is no correlation to your poking. If someone asks my opinion I'm an open book. I give it.

In other news -- Good luck on your exams!

@Lyrium -- Again not suggesting no fluff. Hell even fluff provides content. It's just that I'd want to know where people stand on things. So again, what do you think I am?
And yeah I know same role is boring and sad and all bleh. I like that I'm different and play the game different.

And name some orcs/suspected orcs please. Or Corpheyus (Riddler).

    ---------- Post automerged at 18:13 ---------- Previous post was at 18:10 ----------

I have two primary scum teams. I don't see you meshing with those. It's more than likely you are Riddler or Town. I think you are Riddler but nice to know you think it is "insistance" and you seem scared.

And yes I do. You just aren't used to it.

    @Terraine

    Example: https://forums.darklordpotter.net/showpost.php?p=775499&postcount=234

Adamantly refuses to discuss a town read.

MathBlade, I have no freaking clue what you are. Mostly because I need to clear my head again because being tunneled messes with my instincts. Like its hard to vibe when your feeling dark energy overwhelmingly.

Usually, something will ping me about a person. THen I have to go back and reread all their posts and figure out what it was that set me off. That is how I operate. Like the ping comes from a place I don't know and then I have to figure out what sets it off which was taught to me by a Wise One.

So, I'll clear my head and then come back with vibes.

And sometimes I don't have a clear read on someone and I don't like being pressured to make something up. IDK. Like I could but it would be reaching.

MathBlade, what I want to know is how you think this is different than my regular play. I've laid out my scumreads, I gave reasons for the one who was the likely lynch, and I've given some townreads. And now I'm interacting with you to see where this road leads us. I don't know what you actually want from me.

    Also, I did a thing.

    Final votecount ft. my emotions.

I hate this because it's very obviously wrong. There's no way 8+ townies lynched Sloth. Just no way.

Also this is really awkward but I just got invited to a movie, so I'm gonna quote + actually talk more about this post later.

Holidays are both awesome and a bitch for me. I mean I love it. But I have a lot of things on the agenda. Literally spent all weekend baking 200+ cookies and have 3 dinners, a birthday, 1 maybe 2 holiday parties, and a baptism/brunch coming up all before Christmas.

I'll look into Aekiel a lil more since I think he'll give more info than Mala will at this point

Yes we played on FS together but FS has a diferent meta and you played differently there than here.

It's subtle little differences. It's more of you posting fluff trying to coast versus you posting fluff trying to initiate a reaction. This game is a lot like the first. Your fluff is very non chalant and unresponsive versus responsive fluff. I suck at explaining emotions.

I doubt there were 8 townies on Sloth too. That wouldn't make sense with how Sloth good Sloth is. Maybe revisiting reads is in order.
