It seems to me that she's saying that both Fishy and Lyrium visited Quank, so Quank realized that Lyrium was scum. That's certainly plausible.

Not enough to make me say 100% that Lyrium is scum, but it does seem very possible.

fluffiness, "can't be too upset about" does not mean "at the same level as the lynch of my top scum read." It means "can't be too upset about".

Since I would have known he was town, I'm not sure what my scum motivation would be for changing course and saying I was happy with his lynch after he was hammered.

A scum response would probably be more like Citrus, i.e. popping in to scold everyone for lynching the wrong person.
