I am in agreement. There's no way to know that Etrigan was shot last night unless scum.

Oracle, Batman GA and Booster Gold could all create a no-kill scenario beyond Etrigan and don't require any stretch of the imagination.

Citrus's scum team shot who they thought was Etrigan.

 

Especially if he makes good on his promise and drops his rolereads.
