Problem is....I'm not sure which is more likely. One one hand your explanation has what I think it a retarded move on Scums part in choosing Croc to make the kill last night if they've been blocked twice.

Day 1:
Let's assume Croc was blocked by Batman. I doubt GA did it. (emphasis is for whatever reason you want to read into it.)

Day 2:
Let's assume Oracle/Batman saved the kill. Croc went off but couldn't do jack shit because no kill.

Day 3:
Let's assume Oracle saved the kill. I think Riddler was not a "mislynch" so let's assume no Batman here. Croc went off but couldn't do jack shit because of no kill.

We could be living in a world where no Croc kills would ever be hidden. That world would be sweet.
