You can cc an action my dear. If someone else thought they were shot, they would say so. That would trigger a 1 v 1.

Or there was no shot because they were blocked out. So scum claims they were shot and theres no CC to be had.

The only way for Rubicon being protected is if Booster switched protection.

Citrus claimed Etrigan was shot which made us think he was scum because how would he know? I think he mispoke and meant he got a right guess on Etrigan which means there is not more etrigan protection. Why else would he have brought that up?
