    Fluffy's post was fine for the context in this game. It was an established rule that the lynchee may speak until the role he/she is, is announced by the mods in a manner that states his/her death.

    This question was brought about night one with sloth having a few posts after the hammer was brought down upon him.

    No if scum was shot then two face wouldn't have been used. As it wouldn't be majority. Scum ain't stupid.
