Allocen would want a quick lynch so he's not found out so easily. So I can see arguments for both.

She cannot guess on a specific player’s more than once per Day/Night phase.
She can not use this action in conjoint with Let Me In. (meaning that they cannot both be used in the same Day/Night phase.)

It seems if Allocen forgoes Let Me In he can actually use his guesses continuously across both Day and Night? So I mean... yeah.
