    I'm not lynching Titus

Also Von didn't claim. Or did he? Or did I? (wobbles eyebrows suggestively)

Please. Trying to fuck with the scum team is overrated. If they had half a brain between them and Von is what he claims, they should have been able to figure it out.

Why won't you lynch obv!scum Titus?

This is a good claim to let her believe. I say we roll with it.

I'm not lynching anyone you vote for today, fonti. That way lies only death and sadness.

Come on, fontisian, give yourself some credit. I think you're worth at least two-thirds of a brain.

Rubicon: Yeah, that's a pathetic non-answer. It's funny, now you're reminding of that ms brain where you decided to policy lynch instead of using your brain.

Von: But seriously, don't imitate the tactics I use to get people to town!read me. It freaks me out.

Well, I've grown a lot as a player since that game, and feel much more confident in my ability to read you.

I'm not lynching anyone else today.

If that's true, that's actually really sad.

---------- Post automerged at 02:45 AM ---------- Previous post was at 02:42 AM ----------

For two reasons, the first being that you're completely delusional regarding your ability to read me and the second that you think eschewing discussion (even when you're sure of a read) isn't a recipe for confirmation bias and disaster.

Discussion is good. You don't need my help. Find scum and convince me to vote them instead of you.

I really wish we got to be town together more often. If it makes you feel any better, getting people to vote you is like pulling teeth. :p

I'm asking you why you don't think Titus is scum. It seems super obvious to me, what with the buddying and the attempts to lynch Citrus, of all people. If you have a decent reason, I can reevaluate my reads based off of it, and if you don't, I know what I have to debate to convince you. So, tell me why.

Titus could be scum. She's just not a priority for me right now. I don't think buddying is a very strong tell for her.

Citrus is probably scum. Looking at his posts thus far, he's not scumhunting with intent, he's ignored some questions I thought he'd answer, and his play has been generally inconsistent.

Rubicon...I'll get to after my physics exam tomorrow.

fontisian: Why are you townreading Citrus?

And I can understand suspecting Citrus, since his play here is kind of a carbon copy of his play in batmafia, and he made some awkward posts earlier.

(Though my accuracy rate for reading Citrus is so low that if I think he looks scummy it probably means he's town.)

The same goes for Atum unfortunately. Why can't you guys be more obvious about your alignments :\

Wasn't Citrus 3P in Batmafia, not scum?

Atum, I'll get back to you in the morning. It mostly has to do with his annoyed reaction to me townreading him.

Oh wait, the scum-dar thing. Citrus is testing out a new scumhunting methodology and comparing it to his actual reads, which makes him extremely likely to be town.

It made more sense the way Rubicon paraphrased it, ironically.

Theory and practice are VERY different things, especially if you have played with people in the game in the past. Meta is a huge help for some and shouldn't be dismissed out of hand in favor of theory

...ew....just ew to this whole post.

Asking questions and pressuring players is in no way "making noise just for the sake of posting." There is plenty of scum hunting occurring via these methods.

Your line of thought here only makes sense if we were all perfect and playing in a vacuum in which no one makes mistakes or has a different meta according to what they rolled.

….why don’t you ASK questions yourself. You know when people make mistakes? When they’re put on the god damned spot. If you are town what do you have to lose by prodding other players other than being lazy?

    ...You actually hurt my brain…

Point out a random argument. Now.

Because you know what I get from these “Random arguments”?

I get to look at the results of today’s lynch and the possible NK at the start of D2 and analyze the pointless arguments to see where people fell.

Correct me if I am wrong...but I recall a very angry not confident or in good humor town!Snowvon in a prior game i was in. It might have very well been my first game and Ika kept pestering him. It resulted in a very unfluffy snow that was town.

So your supposed air tight argument against Snow not being a PR is really weak….do you have anything else to pin him?

    Unvote
