Yennefer and Triss appear to be okay with it and invite you to a threesome - which however ends with you being tied to the bed and them telling you what an idiot your are for playing with both of their hearts^^. After that both give you the cold shoulder and more or less ignore you for the rest of the game.

I let him live... saw little reason to kill him.

Btw, doubt it'll happen, but i'd love a Ciri game/ expansion. I enjoy her blinking a million times more than Geralt's janky ass rolling, side stepping.

Ciri and Cerys grew up together at one point. Ermion looked after Ciri for a while.
Also, Ciri is bi, as you'll find out later in the game.

 

Why on earth would they need to interact for me to ship it? Don't be ridiculous, Hug.

I also would really enjoy a game centered around Ciri. The main complaint I've seen so far about that is that 'she's too powerful for a game centered around her to work' but in all honesty, that seems like a really lazy excuse in a fantasy world where there have to be a dozen different ways to either depower her or power up her opponents.

 

I have a feeling we'll play as Ciri's child next game. Maybe aged up like to 20?

This game has innovated in ways of pissing people off: Forced fistfighting sections.

Just got to Novigrad and the damn thugs outside do more damage to me than the Fiend at the Crones Village. Also I had forgotten how much I hate having to go through a little cutscene when interacting with a vendor.

Edit: Something just hit me. "Glorious PC master race" came out of ZP review of the original Witcher. Isn't it a bit sad that this is a Console focused game with pc as an afterthought?

 

I'm getting quite annoyed at the bugs. Several quest glitching ones, the exp bug, the mutagen bonus bug, and now the alchemy craft bug and god knows what else. Every patch breaks something new.

At least I finally downloaded some mods, higher weight limit and changed the Ursine stats with the Griffin ones, so I can play a sign build and look awesome instead of a turd.

Overall I've a love hate relationship with this game. I adored the writing and what I was doing, hated how I was doing it.

There's also a little 50 Shades of Grey joke in Dandelion's quest. It's in the dialogue with Zoltan when they're talking about all the women Dandelion is seeing.

 

This is the first time I've thought this about a game.

I wish the books were consumables, and when consumed, they get uploaded to a companion app so I could read them at my leisure.

I skipped a lot of books because they just piled up and I just wanted to move on or clear out my inventory...

So what's the deal with the DLC? Do I need to activate them somehow or have I already played through them?

 

You download them from PSN. The only one that'll add anything for you at this point is an extra contract you've probably outlevelled.

I liked the hair one. Yen's alternate look is hot too, but probably too late to enjoy. Just ignore it all until the expansion comes out, then download them all at once (they're releasing only two small dlc things a week anyway).
