Romilda needs at least 100 more IQ points for her to have any chance of keeping Harry under Love Potions for any length of time.

As much as I would like to agree, I can't. Harry/Fleur is my favourite pairing, but Fleur just doesn't seem like girl that would be compatible with Harry. What does she have in common with Harry?

That said, Hermione is out of the picture too. Someone talked about it at length somewhere.

We don't know very much about Romilda, besides the fact that she tried to poison Harry and nearly killed Ron in process.

Insane people don't count, so Bellatrix and Luna are out.

Tonks... I don't know. She is too old for Harry. Also too immature. Probably not.

That leaves me with Ginny. I don't like it, but I can imagine this relationship working.

Why wouldn't Harry/Hermione work?

Fleur and Harry are both very loyal people. Both are used to fame. Both have a connection with him saving Gabrielle. Why couldn't it work out?

 

"Getting the princess" - Harry/Fleur. If you want to reward Harry for his efforts in canon with the SuperBabe.

"The awesome friend" - Harry/Luna. It would never be boring. Most likely alternate pairing to actually happen.

"The sporty friend" - Harry/Katie. More interesting to read than Harry/Ginny if you want to have a quidditch fic that doesn't focus on the Weasley's.

"The Blank Slate" - Harry/Slytherin girl. For Reasons.

 

Oh, Alexx, you know you're the only girl for Harry. Now straighten your pinafore and go propose to the dunderhead.
