Maaan, i was so excited when i started. This was supposed to be my first proper colour job. But yeah, God damn Photoshop. Here are the three pieces i'll show.

Keep in mind that at the half way stage, the program royally fucked itself, and i only had saved a bit of it. The final product was compeltely half-assed, because it happened two times, not one, but two. So I kinda became disheartened and stopped trying my best, but i'm fairly ok with how it turned out in the end.

    The original.

The Final product from which I salvaged the entire project!

(Nott the crappy bottom where couldn't be bothered completely fixing from the salvage work.)

The first revised version according to the opinions posted (gif quality)

    The Thal version.

    The Probably final version.

The Syao is a finicky bitch version. (note the glyph.)

The Actual final version; Note the hair tips at the bottom, and the leg.

Looks alright. The shading on the face and her right side are a tad dark.
Other than that it looks fine bar your own admissions.

I haven't delved into that, that is Photoshop yet. MS Paint all the way >.> I can get some crazy things out of paint at the moment, but I couldn't be fucked learning photoshop yet.

Nice sketch, I am going to say that I much prefer the uncoloured version.

Don't have a great deal to say, but I'd think that it might look better with a lighter blue for the hair and lighten the shade on the side of her face....yeah

I agree with lightening the shade on her face but I think you should go for a more indigo/violet hair colour, though I'm no expert on colouring.

I'm going to be completly biased and say....

    I LOVE IT!

Simply because it's my Rider-chan! ^_^ (Although she's missing the square iris' and her hair needs to be more lavender)

Anyways, the light source seems to be from the right side, and the bottom half tends to flow with it. The source on the top half though seems a bit off.

Nice use of the Opacity(sp?) on the nightie, did you use another Layer for that section?

Did you use the Gradient, or another tool? I personally delve into the digital paint method, but yours seems more the Anime Screenshot method (Mask and Wand with hard and light colors).

I told you in IRC... I think you should have done it in crayons. :)

Seriously, I think it looks good.

    Nice Job Surrarin!

Alas, another talent of the great Surrarin.

Say, could you make either a Commando!Sheep or a Voldie!Sheep for me sometime?

...Or a better version of the avatar I have?

I'm only good with Photomanipulation. :(

This is very good compared to my crap. The shading on the bottom part was good. The face was just like...one half was dark and the other light, it looked strange. Nonetheless, I like the picture.

    Looks fantastic.

I'm going to agree with MrMucus and say that the uncoloured version looks best. It looks like more effort - more... heart - was put into it.

The final version looks pretty pimp.

    Great job Jon. ^^
