It's not, because I recognized your description and I haven't read that part of his story.

Now, it could very be likely that more than one fic with this kind of scene exists, but as far as my request was concerned, that was the fanfic in question.

 

I may be confusing it with something else, but IIRC What We're Fighting For is a rewrite of one of his early stories.

 

There really is a pitiful lack of Harry Kills Snape fics. I plan to write such a scene in my main fic, though it won't happen anytime soon.

 

KGB, I only read this once years ago and don't remember much about it, but it had a pretty kickass Snape murder scene.

On another note, I'll welcome recommendations for decent stories featuring young(er) Grindelwald. Dumbledore optional.

I'm looking a fic where Harry is willing to use and step on people to accomplish his goals and doesn't feel bad about it. He doesn't need to be on the dark side, I just want a Harry who is willing to do anything to get what he wants.

I think there was a story here where Voldemort basically possessed Harry from the beginning. He tries to be bad, but ends up acting like a hero a lot of the time. I believe he ends up with Ginny at the end and the last bit of the story has him looking at the Mirror of Erised.

For years I've been trying to find an old story I read and saved on a now broken computer. The story had a Time Traveler's wife theme to it. It was set a few years after the epilogue and dealt with Harry suffering an accident causing him to become 'dislocated in time' like the Time Traveler in The Time Traveller's wife. Harry soon started to randomly flick back in time where me meets various past versions of Hermione and one future version. Ron I think was dead after saving Rose from 'something' before the fic starts. Harry's relationship with Ginny breaks down over the course of the story and Harry eventually hooks up with Hermione.

It was a guilty pleasure fic and hardly spectacular writing but it's bugging me that I can't find it. Has anyone else heard of it or read it?

Does anyone any good Ron-centric stories about Ron in Slytherin? There has to be one, right? We have the superb On the way to Greatness for Slytherin!Harry, The Changeling for Slytherin!Ginny and Applied Cultural Anthropology for Slytherin!Hermione. Why don't I know a good one with Ron?

 

If the author of Red Hair, Green Tie ever actually updated and continued writing the fic, you could look to that for a well-done Slytherin!Ron.

Also, Applied Cultural Anthropology is one of the worst Hermione-centric fics I have ever come across. How that got into the library, I have no idea. Granted, I'm no fan of the character to begin with, but I'd tolerate anything for a good story, and when it comes to ACA? Simply doesn't qualify.
