Me. Satisfying.

 

Me, on normal. My ending was good. (Just so you know there is 32 or more different endings if I remember correctly).

 

I finished it. Quite satisfied with my ending.

 

The ending is a series of events based on your choices in the game. Ciri's ending, Geralt's ending, side character endings, fate of Nilfgaard and the Northern Kingdoms. I got pretty much the best endings on my first playthrough, and was quite satisfied as well.

 

Final FreeDLC announced, finally confirmed to be new game plus.
All of my fucking hype.

 

Yassssssss. That'll be awesome for when expansion drops.

 

Yeah, I'll wait until both expansions are out, and with the movement rework, I'll probably plat it.

 

Buvyftuhinguyg. I can't fucking kill Caranthir. How do you even.

 

Wat. Caranthir was easy as fuck.

 

Eventually had to load a previous save and respec. Put a bunch of points into the potion tree and the shield ability. Then it was really fucking easy.

 

People use the potion tree? This fight (like all of them with the Wild Hunt) was just correct dodging and stealing a few hits before dodging again. Not being spec'd into the damage tree just made it longer.

Btw, do we have an ETA on the NG+? Been out of the loop for a while.

 

Potion tree can actually be pretty crazy. I went half damage and half potion tree at end game and I had could use 3 decoctions at the same time with room to use a couple potions.

 

Potion on its own is kind of meh, and tedious. It's great as a 'secondary' to melee though. The NG+ will make it even more OP with extra skill points. Unlimited stamina ftw.

I say that, but I can't actually remember why, lol, only that I thought it while playing.

 

No ETA on NG+? I was hoping it was just my googling skills that sucked.

 

So, I beat the game just before Patch 1.07 (on Normal)

I was satisfied with all of my ending-parts.

I'm excited for NG+ and with the new movement/combat changes, I'm going to definitely switch to Hard when I eventually do that run.

Very satisfied with the game, and considering the fact that I wasn't going to buy it originally, I feel quite lucky :3

What's this I hear about 1.07 being broken? Also, what are these movement/combat changes? Would I be better off waiting until they happen?

But how long away would that be? If it's longer than a week then I cbf and I'll just play.

 

Innomine If you haven't played it yet don't be worried about NG+, for a long time yet. The 1.07 breaks have been fixed, as far as I know, so I'd say go ahead and play.

 

I'd say shelf it until both expansions are out and play it all at once, if you can wait ;-)

 

That's still many months away tho.

 

More interested in what the movement and combat changes are. But I'll play it now I think.
