Even though this one's been abandoned, it's really an excellent story. If it had been completed, it would have been one of my favorites.

They haven't abandoned it, but they are in college just now, and they are having a real busy time of it, and simply don't have the time to set aside for writing the fic for just now.

He has assured me that he plans to continue writing the fic. And he doesn't use a beta

I read this story a long time ago, i liked it then but now, after re-reading it, my opinion has dropped quite a lot but its still worth a read and one of the better Azkaban stories out there.

This fic has Bellatrix immediately transform into some sappy, love-starved twit when "no longer under Imperius".... her character is completely, utterly ruined; you might as well replace the name Bellatrix with some other name, like Jane or Sue or Anne, because she has none of the characteristics that make her the Bella we love to hate.

It's important to keep the timeframe in mind though, when this fic was written that was an almost-but-not-quite original idea.

 

I remember reading this story a long time ago, its been like 2 years since it was updated. It was pretty good back then but not i simply can not read it. The portrayal of Bellatrix in this story just ruins everything.

Bella is really out of character in my opinion. i kinda like the barbaric marriage ritual thing, but for harry to just fall in love just after the ceremony is just dung, like harry seeing ginny at the burrow and thinking: damn she's hot and they proclaim their love for eachother after 2 chappies.

 

You're really lucky not to have read Book Six yet.

 

It's true that after reading it the second time, I didn't like it as much as I used to but ofcourse, the cliched and OOC themes may have been new when this story was written. Who knows....

 

I remember reading this fic the first time and don't even think I could start to read it a second. It was original then, but I've read so many others that have similar ideas now, it would just seem to cliché.

I too have a 'problame' as you so eloquently put it, namely your spelling and grammar. Both are horrific. If you are bothered enough to post, you should at least have the courtesy to read through your post before posting it - MS

 

Here I was thinking there was an update which I could suitably bitch about due to the long gap in between. Hmm.

 

I spoke to the author a while back, he's in college just now I think, and doesn't have time to write. So the fic may be picked up at a later date, but its not worth hanging around waiting for it to happen.

 

It was alright at the beginning, I rather liked it, even though the pairing was weird. But then it got really irritating, with the Bella wanting a kid ect.

 

Eventhough Bella is ooc it's still one of the best Azkaban Harrys that I've read.
