You didn't mention #527. If you're referring to the overall sheeping of Fonti, yes, it is a thing, but it's nowhere near as egregious as you made it seem. About half of your post talks about Citrus-Fonti interactions. What precisely are you trying to nail down there? Because that's something you neatly sidestep. With the exception of this:

So do you think this makes a Citrus/Fonti team? In that case, Fonti should also be someone you're looking at. Or do you simply think that Citrus is sheeping Fonti to look town? Because that doesn't match their interactions at all, especially from her side of things.

I'll give you the point about his first seven posts - well, I'll give Newcomb the point, but you helpfully quoted him so there's that.

Nice job leaving out the fact that he was replying to a question directly asked to him. Saying it's his first game ever isn't a scum move, but you try to spin it that way anyway.

    Tempus: Stuff

Newcomb: Here's how I interpret that

Citrus: Actually, I think he meant that instead

Tempus: Yeah, Citrus got what I was trying to say

I mean, Newcomb may have been right about the post (I seem to have missed that interaction), but this is hardly a scumtell now.

    Fair points.

"Everything here is consensus, except for this bit which isn't".

I do find it odd that he has separate categories for scum and scum leanings, and explains the latter (and Citrus) but not the former.

    Fair.

I dunno, man, seems to be a decent summary of the situation. How is anything being misrepresented?

In summation, while you do have some valid points regarding Tempus, a lot of your post reads like you're really reaching to find something to point at. It ends up reading like you're looking for support for an existing case instead of trying to see if there is one.

If scum don't have daychat, then it becomes a fair bit more difficult for them to coordinate plays. As such, they may find themselves following one another's lead more often than not. It would be a potential explanation for all the times Citrus sheeped Fonti's vote, or the time Fonti said she'd let Citrus do her talking - maybe my scummate has a plan, I should let them play it out before interfering. If scum have daychat, on the other hand, the simple ability to talk to one another in a private setting means I have difficulty seeing Citrus and Fonti acting in this fashion in public.

Cobalt and Lucky both claimed important roles under weird circumstances (minutes after the end of pregame, in order to stave off an impending lynch and any pressure with it). As Lucky pointed out, it's entirely possible he's simply claiming a teammate's role or pushing for a counter - both applicable for Cobalt, the latter slightly more so. That becomes more likely if they are able to coordinate with their allies in a private setting.

Fine, let me break this down.

    1) Citrus/ fonti interactions are Weird.

    2) fonti, while an excellent player, is not immune to sheeping.

    3) I see nothing worth Town reading in Tempus' posts.

    4) Citrus/Tempus super hard Town reading each other is worth noting. Please do not ignore them.

    Additional points:

    5) Last time I played scum with fonti (CYS?) she preferred to let things develop organically rather then have detailed scripted interactions.

    6) We did not know Daychat was a thing until now. I cannot emphasive this enough. There is SO much wifom to play around with with that.

I'll go over Citrus' posts again in a bit. What do you mean by your last point?

    That's awkward.

Also, I was under the impression that fontisian would rather kill a scummate with her bare hands than have herself linked to them so blatantly (re Citrus interactions), so I never saw them together as a potential team.

The only reason I don't want to kill Cobalt is because of his claim, but. That's literally it. And it looks so much worse now that Daychat's been revealed. The original hesitation on claiming isn't cutting it for me anymore.

I am pretty much 99% in agreement with this, except I don't think Menace is a Witch.

Otherwise very good 10/10 would baa again.

Moridin: idk, it's a combo of a bunch of stuff, mostly the stuff in that post about the way he reacted and shit

there's also the instant rvs stuff which I know better than to really base anything off of but it's like, gut and I think I commented either in thread or in my qt about how he stopped trolling reallllll soon as soon as he took a vote or something

I'm just spooked by the things he says + the sort of disregard this thing nature of some of his posts? idk

as to fluffy, I'm leaning scum

like, right now my scumteam is Menace/Atum/Fluffiness/?

I see potentially Jan, Kalas, etc in the last spot but I don't have anything concrete and my scumreads go in that order

Anyway I think the atum wagon/flip or whatever will tell us quite a bit about the game

Also, thinking on it now, I don't remember giving a scumread on fontisian so I'm unsure why Atum asked me about my scumread on her??

    Hi, sorry.

I'm first cut @ work today so I'll be posting much when I get home.

I would like to apologize @ everyone for my total bullshit inactivity this game and I don't blame y'all for finding me scummy but I promise everything I'll say concerning GD ability is the truth, 'cos I'm town.

Can you link me to that post please The Waco Kid ?

Btw, Atum only had four posts so I don't know why you were expecting some kind of big reasoning from me, I didn't like any of them, so I voted.

---------- Post automerged at 02:40 PM ---------- Previous post was at 02:40 PM ----------

    I'm here. Chill.

You don't want town GD lynched day one, mess.

    Dance, pretty boy.

Kalas: I think you're wrong on Tempus and probably wrong on Citrus, though the potential for him buddying me is concerning. Remind to explain why Tempus is probably town toDay.

Citrus was reasonable, Kalas said RVS was clogging his brain and there was nothing to go on which was just not true.

I disagree with what Kalas said here on Jan and Citrus. Citrus' questions were towny and Jan had reasonable logic, I'm failing to see how they 'picked a fight'. That particular wording looks like Kalas is trying to make the situation look like he's being ganged up on to make himself look better.

    That's towny from Citrus.

tl;dr Kalas was scummy and didn't like being called out about it. Whether or not he's actually a witch remains to be seen.

Does that satisfy you The Waco Kid ?

And just to make people happy since it was voiced that I didn't have a "reason" for joining the Atum wagon and just did it to bandwagon:

I called him out on this earlier, didn't care enough to read the setup and thus his vote was invalid because he didn't do it right. I don't like the lazy I'm-not-gonna-read-the-setup attitude and I almost always see that as alignment indicative even though it sometimes might not be. My gut reaction to a post like that is "idgaf = scum".

This is IIoA, information instead of analysis, in which Atum is info-dumping in pretty much narrative without actually providing his own insight other than to say Von and Moridin were both town, which I didn't think was true at the time. In fact, the only analysis he actually gave was [x person is town because of y that they did] which is an easy way to look like you're doing something without, ya know, actually doing something. Not that I really have room to talk in that respect. :sherlock:

Unwilling to consider witch!Kalas until he talks more if I'm correct? Do not like.

Also I don't like the Von / fonti question. Where did that even come from?

fluff wasn't null, and saying "I don't get why x person was a high wagon" is an easy way to absolve yourself of guilt were they to be lynched as town down the line, or killed at night, if you weren't present on the early wagon. A lot of people had genuine scum reads on fluff and discrediting all of that for the sake of making yourself look better is something I don't like at all.

That and I think fonti is town and he's OMGUSing here.

That first part reads like "I did what you asked me to do mommy, dont send me to my room - please?"

Appealing to town!fonti, while in the following paragrapoh calling her scum because her play is different. It is either or.

The fact that you did not jump up and analyze your wagon the moment it got that big is really weird as well. If you are scum then someone on that wagon is driving a bus (not a bad move in witchhunt early on)-

Present the logic! Like really - when did I present any logic at that point in the game?

The fact that Cobalt brought Atum into hammer range, without thinking about it is quite concerning.

Also cobalt, you didnt answer the first part - present my logic you pointed at.
Because that was during RVS and I do not think that anyone in their right mind could find really good logic for what I did, outside of meta/troll/kill the koalas.
