I understand why this fic has a one star average. It's pretty bad. Readable, but bad. I got four chapters in, but wanted to quit reading multiple times.

The writing is trite and cringeworthy. Wet, naked and moist emeralds for eyes for everyone! The Potter family scenes and Lily's internal dialogue especially made me want to gag a little. One-dimensional characters.

The author seems to have only a basic wiki-level understanding of TES lore. What I've seen is a bit like raping and pissing on a dead corpse. He also insists on spelling Daedric as Deadric. Repeatedly. Yeah.

It reads like bad fanfiction. It's not interesting at all. The premise is just kinda wrong and the execution is about the same. There's no hook, nothing interesting, the awkward writing made me want to just quit reading.

2/5. Maybe it gets better later, but I sure as hell didn't want to read to get there. If you can stand the writing and enjoy seeing how the author explores Daedric Princes as humans in Harry Potter, maybe you can stomach it.

First of all, this is not Complete. Secondly, this is not library worthy at all. Yes, the author has a lot of potential and fic is quite different from what all other nonsense ones. But I would still give it a 3/5 and would probably mention it Almost Recommended thread.

Anyway couldn't get past the third chapter. I don't really know who well the writer actually know Elder Scroll and if anything is actually accurate but it just feels like he doesn't really know much. Perhaps it gets better later although I doubt it. 1/5

 

3/5 it's a decent time waster but I'll probably not pick it up again or really wait for updates.

The start is pretty bad though and it only gets slightly less bad as it goes.

 

Heh, a king of fic I read for a bit, than promise myself I'll give up on sub-standard fan fiction and read more original novels. But after some time when none of my favourites have been updated for some time, I end up reading more...
After four chapters... I don't think two universes were melted together particularly well. Several HP characters got possessed by beings way too powerful and it will be hard to balance it out and give the story any real conflict.
At least we're promised there'll be no incest... I was worried after some scenes.
Overall... maybe 2,5/5 ? I will probably revisit the story, if it keeps being mentioned here and someone will sell it to me.

I don't think he fit the two universes together well. Also the author did a bad job characterizing Jygalagg/Harry. It was kind of obvious he was using Sai from Naruto as a base and I don't think it fit. Fine concept but not a great execution.
