Reminds me of the cage fighter who took some hallucinogenic mushrooms and then proceeded to rip his friend's heart out of his chest, while he was still alive, and eat it. Apparently thought he was being possessed by the devil, but why that requires his beating heart I've no idea.

 

If its the one I remember seeing a few people post on Facebook then apparently he was on the worlds worst tequila bender and after his girlfriend said her ex-husbands name while they were having sex he literally shoved his hand as far up her ass as possible, grabbed what he could get his hands on and ripped it out of her. He proceeded to call an ambulance half an hour later and said she was having breathing problems.

The way I judge it is to imagine telling it to a little old lady. If there's a significant chance of what you're thinking of causing her to have a heart attack, then you're good.
