I'm looking for a story that I for the life of me don't know why I didn't favourite.

What I remember;

1. The phrase Indy! Harry with a twist. ( tried googling this already)
2. It's a twist because instead of gaining wicked nasty powers Harry discovers the indie music scene in a cozy pub.
3. Crushes hard on this singer chick with a slash across her nose 17~ daughter of the owner.
4. Her band performs, and there's a lovely scene afterwards on the roof of the pub where the two ride out the emotional high and act like teenagers.
5. The bar/pub was called worlds end, and the story was written before the movie.
Pretty sure it's just a one shot at the moment with the author maybe going back and writing more later. He actually wrote songs for this piece which I though was a nice touch, lyrics and instrumentals.


Just had a very pleasant vibe to it. Would appreciate if anyone could direct me towards it.

EDIT: Preferably recently updated or complete, but quality is the primary priority.

 

I've come across, somewhat recently, a fic where Harry goes to Beauxbatons instead of Hogwarts. I remember the main premise is that they take him up when he's about 8 years old, while visiting in France, and Beauxbatons is apparently a whole city with students numbering in the thousands, if not tens of thousands.

It's not a very good fic and I found it dry, but it bothers me that I can't find it again.

Lately a story has been stuck in my head. What i remember.

Diary!Riddle is stuck in a female body (GInny?) and eventually sides with Potter.
The effort you go through or the more trouble you have striving towards an obscure magic the easier it is to obtain.
A nuke was detonated by Harry.
Has an airship powered by the misery of dead babies or something unpleasant like that.

I've never been able to figure out whether I actually like An Old And New World, I'm not even sure if it's good or not.

 

It strikes an amazing balance where I'm never quite sure if I'm laughing at it or laughing with it, and eventually I stop caring.
