Looking for any good Harry Potter/Star Wars crossovers, where Harry goes to star wars. Read a pretty shit one the other day, but the plot point has stuck to me and I want more of it.

EDIT: Aside from the ones that can be found in the WBA of course, I've already read all of those.

If you want all Star Wars fics, not just the HP crossovers, then change Forum to Library. That also pulls up everything, including Star Wars/HP fics in For Review and Almost Rec'd.

Harry Potter and the Attack of the Clones. I've enjoyed this one very much. Sadly, like all good things, it's abandoned.

 

Also, DLP's own fanfiction search engine Scryer is excellent for this kind of task. It's a much better way than regular FF.net to search for quality stories. Try sorting by Popular & Recent as well as DLP Review Score, for instance.

 

hey does any know of a time travel story where harry goes back in time, 1976, is introduced to his grand parents, he does not teach DADA but like a defence club here and there, and he is looking for something or some plant to help hermione in the future and he and dumbledore has some weird but shortish conversations

The problem is there are only 769 DLP reviewed fics with over 20,000 words and without the terms -slash -gay -mpreg. I've already read over a fourth of these, and many of the remaining ones are less palatable.

 

Just sort by complete/update date and you should find some interesting stuff. I know I did find a couple of things that led me to more through the authors' favorites.

 

And there are about 769 with slash, gay and mpreg.

 

I'm slowly coming to terms with the fact that this type of fic is my kryptonite. Do you have any other recommendations along the same vein?

 

You know, it's funny, I haven't actually read it. I only recognized the description because it was pretty distinctive and Krahae/belleradh was one of my favorite authors back in the day. All of her other stories are Indy!Harry, if that's what you mean, but if you mean lighthearted humor/romance, then no, not really. Sunny Side Up by WastelandRose, but that's a Maurader's era fic. I don't know of anything else along those lines with good technical writing and which is also entertaining.

I'm looking for a story that sounds a lot like Vox Corporis by MissAnnThropic, but after re-reading, it's a very tame version of the fic I'm looking for (or my imagination might have a mind of its own). I do remember a horseback scene, with Harry at the back, Hermione at the front, and basically, things happen.

Also, there's another fic I'm looking for, in which Harry is a Horcrux, spending the summer/holidays at the Grangers, finding out he's a Horcrux and kills himself to kill it, then gets revived by the Grangers (through Muggle means).

In case you're wondering, they're both H/Hr.

I'm looking for a fic that was rec'd somehere on DLP less than a year ago; can't seem to find it.

It was a pretty imaginative AU with extensive modifications to the magic system. I remember that magical population was much larger than in canon. In UK alone there was tens of magical schools, with Hogwarts being the most prestigious one. Also not every wizard used a wand.

Harry got involved in a dueling club. One scene that I distinctly remember was Harry watching a dueling competition, where he pointed out the magic behind some dueler's move, and some other guys was like "Hogwart's education OP".

Looking for an old story I read. Ron dies and Hermione brings him back as a ghost and goes kind of insane.

Later on in the story, Wormtail locks a student (lavender?) in a room with Lupin on the night of the full moon. I thought it was Renegade Cause but I couldn't find those parts when I skimmed it.
