Angel seems to be Jester, which...I want no part of in any game.

Cupid's been used before in some witch hunt variants, and I've used the lovers concept in some games. Evil Mastermind is semi-common in larger games as a third party Hitman role.

Not sure I completely agree that more chaos = more awesome all the time, though! Once in a while a high powered clusterfucky game has appeal, but takes away from mafia actually being...mafia.

 

The Angel is the Jester for the first round only. Afterwards, he becomes a villager.

There are also many other roles. For example, there's Peter Piper, who can "charm" a player every night and win if every living person in the town is "charmed". There's hunter, who can take some down with him if his death is announced. There's a white werewolf (mafia = werewolf), who is a traitor and must kill everyone, including his fellow wolves, to win.

I'm just saying that it would be cool to play this on DLP.

By the way, do you know when the next sign up is?

 

Next signup theoretically occurs when the current game ends (TinyHunt #5).

 

Tbh it sounds like vanilla werewolf to me. At least all the rolls you mentioned are basic werewolf rolls with different/frensh names.
I'm not saying it's bad, just don't know why you give it a fancy name.

I believe we may have just gotten the ability for thread creators to edit the first post in thread, like people can in WBA.

I'm proposing game hosts make waypoint links at the end of the game start post - with links to lynch scenes, day activations, day starts, etc.

Slightly more effort needed by the game mods, but not by much.

 

Good idea. I was already planning on leaving a link to day starts / ends in spoiler tags in the first post, but taking this a step further, we can use the new "Bookmarks" feature, which should work great.

Holidays are complicating things.

More accurately: my better half apparently is having my future in-laws fly out for a bit, and somehow completely forgot to inform me of the fact.

Chaos is ensuing.

My game might not be happening until ~start of December then.

If someone wants to run a like 48/24 micro game (7-8 players?) they could feel free, but not sure what activity is going to be like for people with Thanksgiving and such.

(Also, please send help, there is cleaning and stress and I need out of here)

 

/contemplates 12/12 phases, 8 VT 1 cop with random N0 green check, 3 mafia goons, daychat, flips on death, and everyone is only allowed to post in image macros.
