    Steam sale just started, yay!

Some pretty decent deals on some older games that haven't seen a sale in ages, like Dead Rising 2 or Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City.

YS VI is also 70% off at only $5.99.

I feel like the sale is pretty underwhelming in general. There aren't a lot of games I feel like I should pick up, though I am thinking of picking up Gray Goo or New Vegas.

The marketplace discount is interesting however though I'm not quite sure how it works.

Arma 3 is 50% off, I think it's the lowest I have ever seen it, It might have been 55% before.

Either way it is an amazing game, I have a a little under 300 hours logged so far. The mods work a lot better now(especially with the A3 Launcher).

I'd love to play with some DLP folk sometime, I mostly play King Of The Hill, Exile and Wasteland.

The marketplace discount is just Valve not actually charging you the extra how ever many cents they usually get on market transactions, if you have steam guard enabled.

It's a decent percent savings, and doesn't hurt the seller, so I approve.

Oh, and the Witcher 3 is 50% off on both GOG.com and Steam- highly recommended.

I was hoping to pick up Far Cry 4 for <$20, but it isn't even on sale.

I wonder if this is an oversight by Steam, since I remember it being on sale during the summer sale.

I bought the humble bundle also, but i'll save it for the secret santa. Last year I just mooched but this year I got a few pay raises (yay working my way up the pay ladder. I'll be at $11.60 soon!) so I can contribute this year.

It's likely to just sit in my Library anyways, but it's free so I decided why not.

Just picked this up, thanks for the heads up.

Loved this game years ago. With all negative criticism of the new battlefront, I want to see how the old game holds up to nostalgia.

There is also a star-wars collectors pack going for $23 right now. It has some good stuff: KotoR 1&2, TFU 1&2, Republic Commando, etc.

I completed a 'badge' on Steam and got a 95% off coupon (or something) for Earth 2150 Trilogy. I bought it, because it only cost 40 cents or something like that, with the intention of giving it away on Steam Gifts. I can't, however, because apparently it was given away free at some point in history and they removed it from their list.

So. Does anyone want it? It's an old game with mixed reviews that I doubt anyone would want to play. But if you are still trying to get your Steam account worth $100 to use Steam Gifts, or are playing on a crazy old computer and just love RTS games, here you go.
