Promos to go into Silver 4.

Game 1: Morgana win. I'm supporting a Cait who just shits all over the opposing Vayne and Braum. Malz, Cait and I are all fed, we close the game out easily.

Game 2: Morg loss. The Cait I'm supporting feeds their Jinx 6 kills by 20, and we're not beating an Anivia/Trynd/Jinx comp in the late game. We lose after they just keep on grouping and pushing mid.

Game 3: Jinx loss. I get a Teemo support who announces he will troll, but no one dodges. He feeds their Kayle adc, who can zone me completely from the wave. She oneshots the whole team and we lose. Sigh.

 

So Brand is pretty OP right now, even as support he does wonderfully.

Just made it back into S4

 

Spam Shyvana and Janna to get back to promos.

Game 1: Janna loss. Every lane feeds, and I don't have anybody that I can protect to help come back in the game.

Game 2: Sona win. When the enemy team first picks Twitch and Janna, our bot lanes goes Sona-Tristana, netting Trist 3 early kills. Our mid Malz is feeding their jungle Mundo and their Heimer, so I go full ap (and manage to 1v2 twitch and Janna for a double kill). We get the win after losing our inhib because their Gnar afks.

Game 3: Elise win. The opponents first pick Darius and our midlaner decides to instalock Bard because "he counters Darius". Our bot lane is Vayne-Blitz vs their Cait-Morg. No one is willing to dodge.

Their Amumu is executed by blue, so I ward and wait for him to get first blood. He then afks for the next 30 minutes. Mundo is crushing Darius and Talon is 5-0 vs Bard so I just camp bot lane, getting Vayne a few kills.

We get two inhibs and baron before getting Aced because Bard left the fight to collect chimes.

We then get drag 5, I flash cocoon Cait, and we win off of that.

 

So I decided to play a game of ranked today on my main because I was bored af and normals were tilting me.

Instantly regret my decision because I am forced to jungle. Woohooo pick order.

Play Master Yi and just completely fucking recked them with my least favorite item in the game- Devourer.

Shout out to Menace, the overall better player than me.

 

That item is straight fucking tilt inducing as an Adc main. It's like screaming "HeyGuys I'm not interested in ganking and just want to farm all day xd"

Anyways- I played another game of ranked. Get third pick, call adc.

I'm on purple side, so when the 4th pick locks in adc I just sigh. Of course it's a Vayne player as well. Zzz.

I decide to go Ryze top in homage to the best top laner on DLP, Narf.

Being a one trick is hard as fuck. Thank god I have overall better players like Menace and Sree to encourage me.

Just finished a game that demonstrated the importance of knowing the strengths of your teamcomp. After a bad start involving a 6-1-1 Rengar, our team, Amumu, Jinx, Ezreal, Swain, Sona, just group as 5 mid, ace them, take two turrets, ace them again in the same push, take the inhib and a nexus turret.

Then, thanks to an Ez ult that killed Trist and a Jinx ult that killed Rengar at baron after 3 of us died because Jinx was splitpushing, we group and finish. Team fighting OP.

 

So the new season starts today, best of luck with your placements everyone. I'm 4 games in, sitting at 3-1. Morgana mid against an Ahri and Yasuo worked out well for me, they couldn't dodge the bind and it was smooth sailing after that.

I've also been trying out AD Varus mid, with full CD and armor pen. It's surprisingly fun and effective.

 

I went 0-10 in my placements. :facepalm

Considering Riot plans on releasing pure solo que, I've been pretty reluctant to actually spend my time playing 10 games on both my accounts just to switch over to a different ladder in a few weeks.

 

I went 8-2 and was placed in Bronze 5. Ridiculous.

 

For my placements I'm mixing it up a little and getting my friend to pick me a champ at random before I get into champ select.

Started out fairly standard, some Kennen toplane. Lost lane but made some big TP plays to win the game. Followed it up with a Wukong game, never played him before but okay. Laning top against a donger went not too bad, lost on cs but killed him a few times. Ended up getting crushed because we had no magic damage against a rammus. Game 3 I switched it up somewhat with the Urgot, again in toplane. Crushed a Garen, solokill for first blood, couple more kills. We won all lanes, easy win.

2-1 so far.

 

You were deep in bronze 5 last season too?

I'm not playing my placements anytime soon with how the meta is currently, and with all the impatient people shitting the bed in their placements.
