    Oh, weird pairings... didn't someone do some kind of parody for weird pairings? It was multi-chaptered and had Draco Malfoy/Marge Dursley.

    I've seen: Dragon/NorthTower, Dumbledore/Merfolk, Regulus/Snape, Regulus/Remus, Sinistra/Snape, Dobby/Hermione, Lily/Squid, James/Squid, Harry/Basilisk, Lockhart/Ron, Fudge/Ron, Flint/Wood, Dumbledore/Hagrid, Hagrid/Snape, Skeeter/Hermione, Crouch/Percy... oh yeah, and I've seen a Crouch/Winky before too.

    I saw a French fic with Voldemort/Nagini once... In Nagini's point of view... No smut, and a good strong dose of angst. More angst than I could handle, actually, so I dropped the fic after one or two chapters. Good grammar and spelling, though, which happen with perhaps 2% of French fanfics.

    I once saw a McGonagall/Crookshanks fic, I think it was on ff.net. It wasn't that graphic and dealt with the animalic instincts of an Animagus. The question if she could be impregnated by him wasn't answered ...

    I then looked for some more Animagus stories I had a friend who looked for some more Animagus stories and read a Sirius/poodle pairing - it ended with a bunch of little poodle-bastards.

    There are several Harry/Harry stories. One I saw at FictionAlley Riddikulus was even a bit funny and it had an original interpretation about the power he knows not: 10 or so Harrys who all went back in time with a timeturner to overcome Voldemort and his Death Eaters simply by number.
