Anyways, my apologies if this has been brought up, still not 100% caught up.

We have a situation where Lochness or Von has a high likelyhood of dying yesterday, why doesn't Von peep Lochness, calls his check bullshit, and tries to create even more of an anti-alignment status between the two.

If they expect one to die no matter what, why not have them use their roles to go hard against each other, and when Lochness Leeroys, Von looks better for it?

For christs sake Newcomb, this is like the 3rd time today the tone from your posts has been setting off TH5 flags in my head. Go try and find scum and lynch the game. If you think someone is town then act on in. If it's lean town but still in POE that's something different. But this uncertain, wobbling, defeated type tone makes me think you're playing up the decision to avoid taking a stance.

You had no problem voting for me yesterday, but don't follow it up today despite saying you want to shoot me? Wouldn't be because I pointed out your connection with Lochness yesterday??

Between you and Jan's AtE fest last night, I'm just so... ugh.

You keep saying this, and missing the point. Did I show a bunch of anger and frustration in WH5 and to a lesser extent in Naruto. Yea because I got massively frustrated that like 4 players weren't answering my questions in WH5, and Titus was pulling that damn stunt in Naruto. And as I said earlier, a whole lot of good it did me in WH5.

I was going to make a detailed reads post but I've shelved that - instead I'm going to play some trap cards.

So, question time:

Yesterday you said you thought the team was Plotless, Waco, Snowvon with Lochness being a 'valid lynch'. You also said that you cannot believe that no scum was on the dlgn wagon, with the list of dlgn voters being [prophy, me, you, snowvon, cobalt]. This suggests that you think if Lochness is scum, snowvon is not. However, your posts today don't seem to reflect that line of thought - can you explain why that is?

Prophylaxis
You followed my lead in voting Lochness on day 2, do you feel that if you had more time you'd have pursued someone else to lynch? I feel like it wouldn't have been Waco, as that seems to be an extension of the lochness lynch - if you had to pick someone for today without relying on links / unlinks to Lochness, who would it be?

Aria
At various points during the game, people said they think it's unlikely Snowvon and Lochness are both witches - what do you make of the apparent reversal that these players have made? (Newcomb, Jan, Jan again (implied))

We got totally rekt by fontisian and Jan polarizing last game so hard - Are any players drawing the battle lines like that this game? Is that something that we should even be concerned about (considering the current gamestate)?

This lynch can only happen if you get behind it and make a convincing case - your case in #950 is too fragmented and unfocused to win over anyone, it needs to be boiled down to its core essence. With that in mind - Give me 3 'dot points' (something like this) as to why we should lynch Newcomb. Then support each of those dot points with as much or as little detail as you want.

Your posts have been sporadic this game, so it's difficult to follow along with your read progression. Can you explain your reads on Newcomb and Waco using 'early day 1', 'end of day 1', 'end of day 2' and 'now' as reference points?

You just replaced into the game so you've a fresh set of eyes - who, if anyone, could be considered the town leader for this game? What could be said about the players who are following their lead? What about the ones who aren't? (alt question: If nobody could be consider the town leader, is anybody trying to be one? Is anybody resisting their attempts? What does that say about the gamestate?).

Assuming that Aria is town, scum targeting her suggests that they were prioritizing a successful kill over other concerns - what implications does that have on the makeup of the scum team?

Hmm, I don't really think anyone could be considered the leader, the game has been full of people trying to deflect off from lynches but fairly few cases of people trying to actually get someone lynched.

The persons that are in a position to lead is too in-experienced and largely mia. (Aria, Proph, and dLGN respectively) and I do not think anyone has truly been dictating this game and lead.

People I consider having tried to get in the position includes you day2 by bringing up ideas amongst other the lynch/shoot Plotzai, which obviously I am not the greatest fan of and pushing Lochness which is not really benefitting you a lot because that would be an okay sacrifice as scum.

Newcomb tried slightly to direct the kill to Von yesterday trying to take a little charge, and in a situation where I do not think it benefits him(same could be said about Jan) but I do not feel they're truly trying to take charge.

My issue currently is I think Von, Jan and Newcomb all have done plays that suggests them not being with Lochness, with dLGN, Proph and myself confirmed(to me) that leaves a world of Lochness/Waco/Kai with the off chance of deep-wolfing newbie!Aria sprinkled in there, which makes me quite confused.

 

I'm actually insulted you think I could be scum this game - they've played awful.

 

So, I remember you blindly following Fonti in the Star Wars game, you blindly following Sotek in Chathunt, how is awful play beneath you in any way?

 

My mechanical scum play is excellent.
