What is your favorite movie? The one one you can go back to and watch dozens of times without it getting old.

    Mine is "The Last Samurai"

It's not an objectively great movie. In fact it can be argued that it's not a particularly good movie, but I fucking love Twister, and couldn't be gladder that it's frequently shown on TV.

The Empire Strikes Back, maybe. Though I think I'd get sick of any movie for a time if I had to watch if frequently enough.

Indiana Jones and the Lost Ark. I love fantasy, but no movie I love there.

Quite a few I can go back and watch dozens upon dozens of times. A Knight's Tale (I've seen it a hundred times, easy). Remember the Titans. Fifth Element. Django. Rocknrolla. Snatch. In The Loop.

No matter how many times I watch it, it always places a smile on my face.

So underrated. I've seen that at least a dozen times myself.

Other movies that I rewatch a lot would be Underworld, The Matrix, Waterboy, Happy Gilmore, Forrest Gump, Shrek.

I have no idea what would be my favorite of all time. I'm not a big movie guy. I prefer television. I like the comedy side of movies more than anything, which is why most of the movies I rewatch are comedies. The exceptions would be Underworld for Kate Beckinsale and The Matrix, because well.. duh. Forrest Gump makes me smile, so even though it's not a comedy, it's a nice movie to relax to.

By virtue of being funny, I would call Forrest Gump a comedy. They go together like peas and carrots.

There's just something about it that makes me watch it whenever it's on TV.

    The Fifth Element, no contest.

Although Some Like it Hot is a close contender.

I have two, Léon: The Professional and Ah! My Goddess: The Movie. I lost the count how many times I watched them.

I remember when I watched it for the first and was completely surprised how good it is.

And the LOTR Trilogy. I'm especially fond of "The Fellowship of the Ring" out of the three.

Probably because it's the only clearly magical realist movie I can consistently remember

12 Angry men. Watched it more times than I can count. Really a perfectly made movie.

It's between The Two Towers, Hot Fuzz and Pan's Labyrinth for me.
