Dignitas may be out of the NA LCS but their spirit lives on.

Seriously Liquid, what the fuck was that game 5...

That was some North American League of Legends if I've ever seen it.

Fuck you Riot. 'can't get anyone to buy spell vamp except Vlad' its a staple in every Morde solo build since forever (or at least since that became viable again), and was quite good on Ryze and Cass when those champions were good. But if you keep nerfing the shit out of it, of course no one is going to buy it. I'll expect some buffs for the champions that use it to sustain with (Mordekaiser and Vladimir) but Riot is a fucking shithole of a company when it comes to things they don't like so I won't get my hopes up.

I'm going to have to go watch the end of that series aren't I? Didn't manage to stay awake long enough to catch the entire thing live.

    Lemme guess...

    It was a clownfiesta?

Man where the fuck was Svenskeren during the regular season?

Seriously. TSM were literal trash in their regular season games. And now they might be favorites to win the finals, depending on how you look at the matchups.

I feel like most people would agree that Bjerg>Huhi, Aphro>Yellowstar, but if Sven shows up again, I feel like TSM would be the favorites, since Hauntzer's tanks can at least neutralize Darshan, and Doublelift and Stixxay are both wild cards that could go off or choke.

I think that if Yellowstar's truly returned to form, he's probably better than Aphromoo.

Double's better than Stixxay, 100%. I refuse to believe that the best NA born player isn't better than some random challenger player that CLG picked up. Even if he's not playing up to speed recently, it looks more like a resource distribution issue (hauntzer's getting a lot of goldshare - TSM hasn't ever done the turret gold share thing in laneswaps that are starting to be seen)

Hauntzer and Zion are a wash because of the meta and if Sven continues playing like he has in playoffs then he's better than xsmithie by a fair bit.

What I want to see is whether TSM has the laneswap game figured out to the extent CLG does, because CLG is clearly the best swap team in NA.

I think TSM 3-1. I think CLG will either win game 1 or game 2.

Oh, and huhi and bjerg aren't even on the same comparison tier lol.

Hey Lungs, are you a KT fan? Just asking cause I am too, I actually got a KT shirt after they won Champions Summer '14, would be so sick to see another one.

Korean playoffs predictions? Tigers look to be in dominating form, but the second place is high up in the air. SKT vs KT was so coin flippy, I'd like to say KT are in better shape but really its anyone's game.

Yeah I think Tigers are going to win pretty easily.

I'm hoping for KT over SKT but SKT at playoffs is always too good :(

    edit: yeah, KT's my favorite!

If both Double and Stixxay play at their best, then I hundred percent agree that Double is better. Problem is, Double has the tendency to tilt, whereas Stixxay is, like I said, a wildcard. We really can't tell if he's just consistently average (or slightly above average, if you want to argue it), or if he's wildly inconsistent like Double has been known to be throughout his career. Casters say that he's inconsistent, but now that I've looked back at a couple of his games, I dunno if that's necessarily the case. Like his series versus Liquid was just... average.

And I don't think an in-form Yellowstar is better than Aphro. Yellowstar's calling card has always been his shotcalling, I think mechanically Aphro is better. Then again, I didn't watch as much EU last year compared to NA, so maybe I'm biased towards Aphro.

And I think the top matchup actually favors Hauntzer, cuz the meta is tending towards the tanky top laners like Mao and Poppymore than the assassin type like Fiora. Hauntzer's no slouch either way (I think he's massively underrated), but he's better than Zion on tanks.

I don't understand how TSM's playoff preparation is just always miles better than everyone else's. It's like... it doesn't even matter who the players are, they're always so much better during playoffs.

I dont really watch NA, but if youre looking at TSM the consistent factor in their playoffs runs is Bjergsen. I feel like he always comes alive and considering I believe hes the main shotcaller thats doubly impressive.

As to why, the LCS format is at fault. The regular season games dont actually matter for a team like TSM as long as they're beating the trash teams and get into playoffs.

I actually think it's the opposite as far as TSM goes. Bjergsen plays at a pretty constant high level all the time. When TSM are sucking it's not because Bjerg is playing bad, this season it was because Svenskeren and Yellowstar were poor. Those guys stepped up for playoffs though.

Heh, i was really waiting for history to repeat itself. Every spring split since bjerg joined tsm he's went on a solokilling tear. But it's all good if TSM still win :p

So I've finally ran into an ADC that couldn't ADC for shit when I was playing support. It was bound to happen at some point, but god damn, I feel the rage now.

I was playing Lux support, he picked Poppy. I managed to hit 70% of my snare skill shots, but like hell would he engage after I'd hit it. He couldn't even cs properly; ended up with an 80 cs deficit by around the 20 minute mark. So salty.

On the other hand, Aurelion Sol is pretty cool. I'm still getting the hang of just kiting around at mid-range, but I'm liking the sustained damage vs the burst I usually go for. Getting Rylai's is just insane with this guy.

If he's playing Poppy then he probably doesn't qualify as an ADC.

He built her like ADC. Went for high attack damage and speed.

Poppy is an initiator, with awful ad ratios. Maybe they were thinking that she kept the ridiculous amount of damage she had pre rework, or that she could still reliably burst carries? That's the only rational I can think of.

I could probably make it work in bronze or silver, but then again, you can do pretty much anything there and get away with it.

How would you guys feel about starting up something like plat vs silver for DLP members, where higher ranked players play against lower ranked players for the purpose of pointing out mistakes and helping people to improve?

Kinda sucks that half of us are on NA and half of us are on EUW.
