Trying to figure out who might have planted themselves somewhere in the PoE where they won't be considered til way later (e.g. when it's too late and they can try and manipulate F3) so somebody like Acio or maybe even Newcomb himself, but THAT is tinfoil.

Actually no I'm standing by my off-the-hip Citrus read because that and everything I explained on my position towards Citrus so far is the best thing I have to go on.

I'd be just as irritated/salty in-thread if my two scumbuddies drove me off a cliff on Day 1 and couldn't push away from Sloth successfully.

Within the newbies, I have miner as near lock clear from both spew and his own actions, Demon mostly clear from wagon stuff, and JasonProph as feeling pretty town from what he has, but needing to see more content.

Wouldn't lynch any of them before Kai/Cobalt.

If you/Citrus are NOT the third scum, explain why bouncing that lynch would have done anyone any good if it landed on town and brought the numbers down enough to maybe squeeze it out until final 3?

You have a decent point with this, if we completely ignore setup gaming (which I am comfortable doing with this, but not for Kai).

The problem with Cobalt here is that.. I don't really see him as the last scum here? Like, he's still completely focused on figuring out the game and stuff, even though he's likely scum by PoE.

fonti's role can basically act as a cop since we're down to one scum, unless the mafia decide to not kill.

 

Looks like he dragged Citrus a lot, so I'm thinking it could have been early distancing. I mean, he pointed out potential disparities in both you and Newcomb's posting status but the fact that we know he was scum doing that makes it look a lot like he's nitpicking and just reaching for things to write about you. But he was a bit more throwing shit at Citrus in such a way that it seems like distancing to me.

 

Cobalt just... feels town.

I've never seen a Cobalt scumgame but he's suuuuuuper breezy D1 when I'm loudly calling the Sloth/Von team and Acio is backing me up, and fonti's dead set on Von.

Plus, yeah, he's just. I dunno he's playing with zero care or fear.

I really really can't see him ever being so stubborn about the cop yesterday as scum. Maybe? Sort of? If I squint? But, yeah that is really tough to see.

 

I feel almost as good about Proph as I do about Newcomb.

 

Uh, it would have given us vote information from Sloth/Ollie on two other wagons, and possibly made them fake interactions with the last scum in the thread. On Day2. And then when we went ahead and lynched Sloth/Ollie on Day3, it would have been a hell of a lot easier to find their partner bussing them. Unless you think that this is a useful EoD votal for finding the last scum:

 

I guess I could see Cobalt as scum but I have to say I'd be pretty impressed at the performance, and I think I remember from TH5 that Cobalt + fonti said his scumgame was kinda garbage. (Uhh sorry Cobalt if that's me remembering it wrong.)

 

I'm a controlling super micromanaging annoying little shit when I'm scum and I wish somebody around here knew of this lollll. I had a few quite good recent scum victories on GTF actually, I can link you to those if you want.

The zero care / fear thing is because I'm vanilla town which is my favorite thing to play as town because I don't have to worry about dying so I'm pretty sure what you're getting there is me just rolling along while I was busy with finals because I didn't feel the need to pay attention like literally at all while I was stressed out because I didn't have a job to do mechanically.

This is exactly the feeling I was getting when I was reading through Cobalt's posts. If he's super scared from both of his scumbuddies crumbling, then he's hidden it remarkably well.

My scumgame is either garbage or fantastic with little to no in-betweens.

I'm kind of like a glass cannon like that in both alignments, really. Kind of meta'ing on myself a bit but I have a reputation on GTF, and it's mainly because I've had some really strong town performances and really strong scum performances, but I've also been hilariously wrong to the point of losing the game for town and glarin
