I am. If the game is still happening.

Just got my Soldier 76 quad kill visor achievement, and the PotG is the Junkrat launching grenades while I actually kill people.

Playing Mercy, keep trying to create the Mercy Pharah combo (Both fly in the air and while hovering I boost damage/heal) but apart from one guy most take that to mean stay on the ground while I'm there and fire.

Can't be bothered to invest in a headset though.

On an unflattering note, just went 4-14 so by no means am I an expert yet :(

Discovered RoadHog. Was a very cathartic experience re: Lucio.

If you want the ultimate wombo-combo with Pharrah, have a Zarya ult first. Don't need damage boosters then.

When it comes to support I really like Lucio. His so powerful to maintain group heals with and can provide decent cover fire and knockback, plus he has a nice ult to mitigate damage. I normally pick Lucio or Zenyatta most often depending on the situation, with Mercy thrown in here or there.

Mercy's single target heals are op plus her res can change a game but I'm finding Lucio to have the edge with his versatility and constant AoE heals. I will go Mercy with a good group because she can shine, but if I'm in a group where everyone is running everywhere like headless chooks it's not worth it. Ironic because she can cover ground so fast, but I prefer a group fight with Mercy to get fast ults for resurrects. If we have a heavy defensive group with lots of stationary people then I might consider it aswell, but usually in that situation I probably go Zenyatta instead.

I'll only go Symmetra if the other heroes selected have good mitigation and heals. I find her sentries can easily be destroyed by anyone who knows what they are doing and by the time her ulti is up depending on how the fight is going I find myself wishing I picked a healer anyway. I haven't had a great game on her yet with her sentries, I've contributed with teleport quite a few times but I want a play of the game with everyone walking into my sentries >.<

Zenyatta can be real hit or miss for me, sometimes I have awesome games with him and other times my team drops like flies. I love that people underestimate his damage though, especially if you have a discord orb up. Pew pew. His ult can be godly, I've blocked a Pharah ult with a Hanzo ult and a McCree ult all at once. I'll never top that, and it wasn't even play of the match, how that works I don't know.

Out of all support I think Lucio is the most well rounded which is why I pick him the most. His speed, aoe heals, ulti mitigation, cover fire that can deal some damage and his knockback make him a safe bet in pretty much every situation. If my team is ordinary I still enjoy playing Lucio alot because it is easy annoy people with him, whereas with the other support if your teams not going well you feel it.

    Lucio for life.

Lucio is the best on control point type maps that have several routes to the objective. Same with Winston.

I find Meecy (and subsequently Reinhardt) perform much better in escort and defend/attack (i need to remember these mode names...) scenarios where flanking them is much more difficult.

Zenyatta is similar to Mercy in that respect, and is probably even better if there's a particularly difficult choke you need to bypass and push through. He also fucks up Bastions and Pharrah that try nuke the shield.

Don't get me started on Reinhardt, time played for him is at least double my next hero. His just that good, whether it's attack or defense. I prefer playing Winston honestly, putting pressure on snipers and turrets and healers etc, but unless it's a control map you are basically shooting yourself in the foot if you don't have one on your team. Zarya is a good replacement, but things just go way more smoothly with a Reinhardt playing objectively.

Yeah Mercy is a God on Escort, one game I just crouched behind the back of the payloadand, occasionally shifting to the right/left sides and just healed/boosted everyone behind me to keep pushing through, ended with 2:40 or so near the payload which pretty much shattered any time I've ever spent there by a full minute.

I find Pharah works best on Nepal, and also the Japanese temple(?) + Factory Since the high roof + enclosed space of both second objectives makes fly and splash viable both on offense and defense

    I'm on NA. Battletag: Pantyhouser.

I'm big on Widowmaker until I snipe someone enough times in a row for them to ragepick Tracer and ride my ass. Then I switch to McCree and flash-fanhammer them until they understand that I'm going to shoot them no matter what.

If you try to chokepoint me I'll go Junkrat. I'm not sorry.

    Winstons are my trigger.

I was about to say, I'd rather go Winston than Tracer against a Widow. Then I read the last paragraph, heh. But then again, the same rule applies for the big ape as well - you just go Reaper and make his life miserable all over again. Or if you're feeling particularly sadistic, go Zenyatta, discord him and just watch him get gang-fucked.

While Winston can certainly fuck a Widow's day, that's not really his job imo. Let the Tracers/Reapers/Genji run back line interference and you (Winston) just focus on the objective and being beautiful.

Really depends on the comp, I enjoy running two tanks, one to primary objective push and another to harass and push when needed. Winston is just so fast and he can dive and harass and escape easily. Winston as secondary tank is a potent comp.

Versed a three winston comp that was a premade and it was powerful, especially because where one went the other two followed.

Should have picked up a couple of Reapers and ruined their day.

Most pro teams currently run double Winston on most maps and modes, and that's because Widowmaker is incredibly good and he counters her incredibly well.

Those comps also run double Tracer and Lucio, lol. TBF, in maps with verticality, Tracer's relatively useless and Winston would be better of the two to get a crow's nesting Widow, but at that point, I'd just pick a Genji...

You make good points, but recently double MCCree has replaced double Tracer, in part because has Lucio replaced Zenyatta after a significant nerf, but also because he's the best duelist in the game.

Me and my friend were trolling last night. We would both pick the same guy as someone else, we'd be triple bastion, or triple reinhardt. One time, there were two reapers in the game, so we switched to reaper as well, and then so did the others, so we were a 6 reaper team. Was funny as hell, but wasn't very good. We also trolled a lot as Mei in the brawl event, since her cooldowns are retarded when they're 3 seconds each (though Pharah is still the most fun).

That feel where you have two reapers on your team, and neither of them can kill Roadhog or Reinhardt.

That feel when you get numerous plays of the game and epics or legendaries as Mercy.
