Another thought I had, which I think I shared with Josh, was that we might do tiny oneshot stories based on each book. :)

I'm always down for a reread, so I'm definitely interested. Have the whole series on my kindle. I can start anytime.

Hey guys, I came down with the sickness. I have a fever, racking coughs, and nausea. I'm still dedicated to starting the book club hopefully the 29th, 30th, or 31st. Does that weekend work for everyone, starting with storm front?

Welcome! I'll add you to the list.

I don't know if I'll participate in writing these stories. I have the one I've been working on already to deal with. I think it would be cool, and I'd be happy to review these stories once completed.

Works for me. As I said, the shortstory thing is just an idea. I'd totally be up for it if someone else is, but yeah, some of us just don't have time. :)

Today I sent out my second PM about the book club. It was sent to everyone in the group. The previous PM was hardly responded to. I sent out another one this morning.

Anyone that has already stated in the thread they are cool with starting this weekend, perfect. Thanks for letting me know. The PM I sent out today, was primarily for those that haven't responded to the thread. If they don't reply to the PM I'll cut them loose from the group.

I'm looking forward to this very much. As we read, lets see if we can pinpoint when Jim starts setting things up for later books. That could be a fun thing to look at.

So how are you going to organise this? Start a thread for each book as we go, we all read the book, maybe take notes and then we chat about the books in the thread with our observations ect?

Might be good to have some questions going in and space for a few more that might spring up during the read. When are we meant to be done?

@Zenzao, thank you. I actually am feeling much better already.

Ah, I was wondering if you would Join in, welcome @LittleChicago.

I was putting some thought into this. We will keep this thread for our overall book club needs. A thread will be created for each book. I was considering this, we've all read everything correct?

Concerning spoilers, I'm of a mind to feel free to discuss everything I notice in the book. If it ties into something later, I want to be able to discuss that in the moment. If there aren't any newbies to the series in our group, I want spoilers enabled.

This isn't just me telling you guys how it is going to be. We are all big fans, and we've all gone through this story. Right? So, what do you guys think about that? What ideas do you have on how we should proceed. Has anyone NEVER been in a book club before? As nerdy as it is, I was involved in two different book clubs back in high school.

Thats a great thought and question. I'd like to push that out to the group. how long will it take you guys to read Storm Front?
@Zeelthor, I'm at a loss as to what questions we should put together before we begin the book. Do you have anything in mind?

@Aekiel, welcome to the group. I'm looking forward to your contributions to the discussion later on.

Best bit of magic, foreshadowing, character introductions.

And yeah, we've all read before so full spoilers.

Well if you have 3 a month it works out to a book every 10 days.
