I don't even care if they are feeling or gut based reads. Some of my best reads come from that side of the equation that people refuse to follow because they want logic or evidence.

That's one way to get better at the game regardless of your alignment.

 

Being aware generally isn't a newbie trait, especially when being a villager. Or at least in general, newbies aren't able to/ or generally don't step out of the box and say what they are doing. More often than not they are lost to the point, they don't know what to do to begin with.

You on the other hand are a step above that. You know what a newbie is suppose to do and look like, and you are aware of what you look like. Your background in poker would maybe justify some of that. To me I guess it's a matter of figuring out whether or not you are being coached or not.

On the other hand, you aren't technically as new as some people to the game, and you did play it in irl first. So comparatively A. as you said the game got annoying when some morons were too aware of people's surroundings to the point that the game lost it's fun. And B. you played poker, a game all about making your opponent believe you have better cards than you actually do. Both of these instances could make a person more aware in theory.

Mostly the miner stuff. But I just dig his approach in general.

We did not get along in our first game together. Like, at all.
Then in mimefia we were both town and still, not so much. I even felt dirty for my townread of him since it was so OOG and gross.
But this game, I'm picking up what he's putting down.
