Notice how I said you didn't seem like you were town or scum? Meaning I think you switched up your gameplay. Which I don't like.

And if you say so on the knowable part.

I mean feel free to prove me wrong on that point.

In fact, it's probably really important that you do that.

    Why though?
I change my playstyle frequently. I roleplay. I gimmick up. I play alias games.
    Why is changing a tell?

You mention that you'd like to be less of a hindrance to town by offering reads and putting in effort and such.

But your reads don't actually tell us who to lynch. It's actually countering towns won on by making us doubt every single possible lynch.

I feel like if you were town you'd have been better served playing as true as possible to your town game, whatever it is since apparently I can't read you, than whatever you're doing now.

My reads are my reads yo.
I'm sure I could make up a case one someone if I wanted to, which would be more within both my town and scum meta, but I'm not seeing the profit in making shit up right now.

Well yes miner it is. It makes the immediate question is one of Newcomb/Fonti scum. Or is that what we're meant to think. Second thought being would scum Jarizok/Cobalt initiate the exact same Day end play? Probably not.

I'm not sure the kill choice was actually strange.
Liks, I see what you're saying I think. Fonti/newcomb not being the kill as, you know, the most likely people to solve the game if they are town could mean one is scum.
But let's be honest here. They both become more suspicious the longer they stay alive.
Von, on the other hand, was completely unlynchable and is no slouch with the solving either.

Was I hoping fonti/newcomb would get killed just for my own piece of mind?
    Fuck yes.
But wolves don't make it easy on us.

Well it's not like the rest of you are town cleared. It's just that night killing snow von over those two leads means we're in one of two distinct scenarios. Either fonti/ Newcomb are scum, paving the way to making it believable that they're in f3. Or the scum team is gambling, being confident enough that the paranoia is worth leaving strong active players alive.

---------- Post automerged at 11:33 AM ---------- Previous post was at 11:31 AM ----------
tom snow was definitely more solvey then I've seen him, which was really cool to see, but I don't think he was nearly as unlynchable as you're making out.

---------- Post automerged at 11:35 AM ---------- Previous post was at 11:33 AM ----------

Though given the rest of us he really was the only alternative choice.

So was he a strong, active player or not?
    I say yes.

And since your whole conclusion is "could be newcomb/fonti or someone trying to set them up"
    What does that tell you?
    Anything?

I'd say he was D1. Less so D2. He definitely wasn't the strongest or most active player yet he was killed in a setup with no protection.

It gets people thinking tom. Who here is brave enough to gamble like that? Or potentially listen to Cobalts advice on such action. It's a piece of the puzzle whether you want it to be or not.
