That's the full list of posts, right there. So let's discuss.

The first post is a jokey self lump. That's whatever.

The second post is equally jokey fluff you were claiming to scumread her for earlier but apparently no longer are.

After the demonturtle lump vote from Jari became a topic of discussion (between my questions about it and your voting me with it as a partial reason), demonturtle drops post 3, which is where she's starting to bail on wanting lump.

The 4th post opens with a qualifier, and then is delivered entirely as observations. As in like "you've asked me this, so have some vague thoughts with no work shown, but also I'm bad at this."

Jan apparently picks up on that (which is what I'm calling tentativeness), and so he asked her to justify her thoughts. She responds in her 5th post by basically calling it a tone/gut read (ie there exists no evidence).

Her 6th post is more of her bailing on wanting lump.

7/8 are Snow/Jari explaining the plan for the priest to check the lump, and her deciding she wants it after all.

End of recording.

So like, idk how you could claim that this isn't scummy. Like you in particular, who were sensitive to the language I used - how do you pass over 4/5. This completely looking past the point that we had already discussed the plan about checking the lump in the thread more than once after Waco made the Newcomb post, which was explanatory anyway - I don't really know that I buy that she hadn't read any of them and was still posting. There was only a page or two to read at that point.

It's not even necessarily that I think turtle is on the scum team - she's squarely in POE, but there are better suspects. But for you to have said she was town if I was, or even when you backed off to saying she was null in a vacuum, does not sit well with me given your mindset in this thread. It is inconsistent, and that's the sort of thing that happens to scum when the ground shifts after they commit and they have to push something they don't believe.

So yeah, that's what I mean.

As for the other bit... honestly man, I don't know how to go about convincing you that I'm town if you're town. Like, I feel like I understand you right now because I think you're scum, but if you came into the thread earlier and said I was scum because I'm not trying to solve the game then I think there's just an insurmountable gulf between us, because... yeah. We can talk it over post-game in that world I guess.

 

Not sure how KaiDash is anything but null in this list here.

Also following the rule of 1-1 usually done by scum then one scumread would be in town and other in scum. Typhon and one of Koalas or Fluffiness then as in general most of the times Scum find reasons to scumread their partner yet there is always someone more important.

For all of his words I haven't seen Typhon mention this much. Will be interesting to see if he has yet. If he hasn't then Von/Thyphom/fluff may be it.

This is opportunistic scum. Lynch it hard. I said I was AFK to help a friend move and fluff's entire reason for scumreading me was I was offline. Especially since his activity is about as good as mine.

I don't really have a handle on demon for sheer lack of activity. FWIW, I agree more with the 2nd paragraph above. I don't think it's really overtly scummy, more just poor play, but as it is stands very much in POE for it.

I'll respond to this more in-depth tomorrow, but suffice to say that she's firmly in null territory.

She is NOT town if you are town. I already said that that was a bad choice of wording and clarified.

However, I would like to know what you think my mindset for this game is. Because to me, my mindset has been: I see this as a scumtell. I will scumread it and tunnel it. I want to see what the rest of the town says.

It isn't extremely language based.

I'll admit that I tend to see things that aren't really there (see my tom read from AYAW), but my reads have nothing to do with language and everything to do with what I perceive to be the motives behind people's posts, and their actions and interactions with others.
