Stop acting like giving vague reads and expecting people to listen is at all okay.

Fair enough. Just, you know, with a massive panda comes massive responsibility to use him as an attack bear. Or something like that.

    1. I didn't care which of them was lynched and which was checked, so long as both were fucked. I flipped back and forth a fair bit.
2a. The townread on turtle was weak. b.Miner has a history of bussing weak partners. c.You were utterly insignificant to the miner lynch. At the time you joined, his death was inevitable. The way you are trying to take credit for it makes me suspect you of hard bussing. Taking into account your comments in the previous games' obs on the merit of bussing weak teammates, and your entrance strikes me as scum trying to salvage the game. d. No.

It's completely okay, half the thread is doing it. But I did say I was going to actually post stuff so shush, have a little patience please.

K, so Typhon is superfirmed town, Koalas is conf!town, I'm town, Q is totes town, Von is totes town. So far so good all agreed yeah? Don't lynch those people.

Now then, Jan got souped and I felt good about him before (though first I did this morning was check if witches can soup themselves to clear themselves) and Font is town because Miner scumclaimed about 12 different ways EoD but his <3 for Font did not come from w/w Miner Font. Regfan gets a pass from me because I like his style and I've got plenty of scumreads already. (Seriously though, the reads are genuine, the tone is good) Don't lynch these people either.

Kai is Kai, lynch whenever you feel like it.

That leaves us with 2 scum in 3 people. Fluff's probably been the least scummy individually lately, but I can see him on basically any scumteam with Miner/(Waco/Math/(Jan?))/fluff. Lynch him third.

Waco's been having fun this game, but his play hasn't been strong, his pushes have been weak and his votes have been lacklustre. The interaction with Miner does not look good for him either. Always lynch.

Math is scum. Math was scum yesterday, Math is scum today, Math won't be scum tomorrow because we're lynching them today. Always lynch.

    Vote Math

    Posts no fresh thoughts.

Somehow reaffirms my townread on him.

All I really know about Jari is that he's new and that he had decent reads last game - is he secretly super good at doing the town tone thing? Because like I'm hard townreading him but not for the sort of reasons I'd like to at this point in the game.

---------- Post automerged at 01:22 PM ---------- Previous post was at 01:19 PM ----------

    Unofficial Vote Count 2.15

MathBlade (6): Quiddity, The Waco Kid, fontisian, Jan, his fluffiness, Jarizok
The Waco Kid (3): Typhon, MathBlade, Regfan
    fontisian (1): Snowvon

    Abstaining: KaiDASH, Koalas+Lump

With 12 votes alive, it will be 7 to soft lynch, and 10 to hard lynch.

I am AFK I have to do taxes and resume stuff.

Upon glimpse of the thread it looks like no one is answering the question of why and defaulting to let's lynch Math. I will never obvTown. That isn't a thing.

Until you answer these questions your vote should not be on me.

    1) Why would I DoB Jan when I knew they weren't the DOB? Love how Fonti just glazed over that to continue their tunnel.

    2) Why not push Miner when I was going down for cred?

    3) Why would scum be both wagons D1 without some kind of major implosion?

    4) Most people have said not to lump me. Yes I have moon logic but sometimes that moon logic is right. Those same people are voting me now with no additional reasoning to why I am scum. Why do you think this is.

Now let's look at Waco in contrast.

    1) Pushed me and vote sat.
    2) Opened the day again with a vote on me to poison the well.
    3) See prior Waco reasons post.
    4) A lot of people are dropping votes on me with no new reasons. This is evident of people wanting to lynch me because I am me and Waco et al are taking advantage.

Yo Ty, you recognize that it becomes progressively harder to post fresh thoughts right? We're quite possibly right in that Math and Waco are scum. There's only so many reasons that is so. The more of them you guys cover before I woke up, the less interesting things I have left to say.

    ---------- Post automerged at 20:36 ---------- Previous post was at 20:33 ----------

    1) You are the only one to claim you knew Jan wasn't DoB. We have no such certainty you believed that. I myself assert that you did think Jan was DoB.

    2) "Flexibility is anti-town"

    3) Town is just that good this game.

    4) Because you are scummy. People tend to vote for scummi people.

Ugh, didn't mean to post that. Phone posting is the worst.

My issue with the Math lynch is this. My wall is this, at present (spaces still matter):

    Koalas
    Snowvon
    Quiddity

    Jarizok

    Jan

    Regturtle
    Fontisian

    KaiDash

    his fluffiness
    The Waco Kid
    MathBlade

And this is the Math wagon:

MathBlade (6): Quiddity, The Waco Kid, fontisian, Jan, his fluffiness, Jarizok

That is much less appealing than I'd like for it to be. And yeah, sure, bussing or whatever, but like people (well, me/Snow/Reg) opened on Waco. Since, Math threw down a self-preservation vote on Waco and Snow has gone to speak dolphin with fonti, but I don't feel like the Math case is compelling better than the Waco case (also not compellingly worse, but still).

So then you have to wonder, in a dealer's choice sort of situation why there's a huge preference for Math.

I have some guesses, but Math is so scummy though.

Also 4)They were lumping you because they thought you were scum in the first place. It makes total sense to vote your scumreads. Why are you pretending it's weird?

This is pretty much where I'm at. Just attempting to sift moon logic from scummy behavior.

I feel that, and if you were any of my other top town reads I'd not push you over that post to be perfectly honest (although I disagree that we're at a point where every bit of analysis has been exhausted - we're not there by a longshot).

It's just... like I remember thinking I sort of felt like you were trying to solve the game earlier in a visible way, and your tone is excellent, but I can't think of anything that you've really put yourself out there for at all if that makes sense? Like, Q and I did the miner things, Snow pushed Math, but you haven't really led the charge anywhere yet.

And you're not actually required to lead a push like that to be town, but the longer I consider you to be towny mostly on the back of tone and my early game thoughts and agreeing with me/us, the more nervous I get about putting you in my "do not question these reads" group.

---------- Post automerged at 01:47 PM ---------- Previous post was at 01:45 PM ----------

The counterpoint is that I don't see scum!Jari making a wall with his name in it and putting me above him.

I pushed you right along with Miner, don't you remember?

I realized I was wrong and U-turned in time, but I was decently invested in that. Also disliked koalas quite a bit yesterday. Just because I wasn't right doesn't mean I haven't tried things.

I actually noticed that when I went back up to check to make sure I was right about my place.

At first glance I was fine with it because you're soft townfirmed contingent on no priestclaim, and it's not impossible that the priest died or something (basically just died. If you weren't check I will be hunting someone down in RL after this). Then I realized they definitely didn't because no one died and the placement pinged me a little bit. Kind of a weird top of the wall all the way around, but I /think/ maybe townier for that in a way?

Like, I know you're still bearing my old quote in your sig but I feel like a scum player would be more cautious not to draw attention to themselves in a weird way like that. That's thin, but ehh.

---------- Post automerged at 02:03 PM ---------- Previous post was at 02:02 PM ----------

Heh. I didn't feel like the push on me had any substance past post 200 or so, so I was more not holding that against you than counting that in your favor :p

I don't remember the Koalas thing though - mind tossing me some links or quotes or something to the posts in question?

I'd go with less towny but I don't like people that include themselves in readwalls to begin with so.. eh.

Yeah, I could equally go for that. Ultimately the whole thing just becomes ~null for me, with me liking him putting not himself first as something scum probably wouldn't do, and it being weird that he didn't put you above me or at least him as well.
