Jarizok would you agree there's a Math/Waco dichotomy here in scumreads? If so who would you put as a third if fluff wasn't an option.

My money's on both of them being scum. If they're not I'd probably look to soupcleared Jan before moving up my readslist (Game would probably end with Fluff, but we're not considering him.)

Because Kai is never first for anything.

Because I've got no real leads on Kai at all whereas the soup was noticeable and making me a bit paranoid.

Do you really see 41 coming from miner/Math/Waco? Or 53 for that matter? I'm isoing Waco and in the first 500 posts his scum reads are his own team + a half joking vote on fonti?

Awake and going to start catching up now, disappointed with how few new posts there seems to be though.

---------- Post automerged at 06:18 PM ---------- Previous post was at 06:05 PM ----------

First off will say I think the chances of the scum team being exactly Waco/Math/Miner is very close to 0, I don't see this Waco-Math push against each other as a buss an to believe they're the scum team you have to believe that Wacos only two presented scum reads D1 were on both his partners with him being comfortable having one lynched and the other lumped. None of this seems even remotely likely.

There's a scum in Math/Waco but they both aren't scum.

Also Jari, I think you're looking too much into Miners posting at EOD - at that point he was outed mafia making any further interactions and posts inside the thread as meaningless to look into - his Fonti vote there doesn't make Fonti more likely to be any alignment.

---------- Post automerged at 06:24 PM ---------- Previous post was at 06:20 PM ----------

Let me know whenever you're ready to do this; if you need meta or anything to help you remove the paranoia just ask; I have a recent scum game where I replaced into in a very PR heavy orientated setup that'll probably be a good comparison to read from.

---------- Post automerged at 06:29 PM ---------- Previous post was at 06:24 PM ----------

Re; 1) I don't entirely buy that you were equally fine with both dying; I don't think your scum read on Koalas was based around even a little as good reasoning as your Miners one was. 2) Fair, the town read on Turtle might have been weak and I don't know Miners history re; bussing so can't comment there. Miner may have been dying but as scum why do I not let him remain lumped and force the priest to out for his death, why stay up past 2AM to make sure that we lynch him D1? And what's the point of hard bussing him there with minimal gain and then souping? None of this is a thought process that I believe you can actually see happening if you put some effort into thinking about your reads here.

---------- Post automerged at 06:31 PM ---------- Previous post was at 06:29 PM ----------

I'm in a pretty similar boat as Typhon re; Jaris #1328 where none of the reads are particularly new and the reasoning is the best but I'm reading the post as town.

---------- Post automerged at 06:34 PM ---------- Previous post was at 06:31 PM ----------

Really want both Kai & Fluff to stop being lazy and actually provide some reads & reasoning. Fluffs vote on Math with the "same reasoning as yesterday!" is very lazy and doesn't help me get a better read on him at all.

Yeah, I'm gearing myself up to do it - I've been unsuccessfully trying to find the nerve to do some rereads all day. Was kinda hoping there'd be some more thread activity and I could prod around for a while, but things look pretty dead, so yeah. Guess it's that time.

No worries on the meta stuff - like I use it if I happened to know it to add nuance to my reads, but I'm not a big meta guy.

Heh. Hope springs eternal but I wouldn't hold my breath.

None of Maths self proposed reasons for them being town in #1330 do anything for me. Miner has absolutely no reason to buss Math yesterday if he's scum in that he was going to be lumped anyway. Math has some motivation I guess to push Miner but with him being a lump wagon rather than a lynch wagon at the time that''s less possible. The DOB Jan thing still means nothing to me.

---------- Post automerged at 06:38 PM ---------- Previous post was at 06:36 PM ----------

Yeah this is far more dead than I was hoping/anticipating.

---------- Post automerged at 06:40 PM ---------- Previous post was at 06:38 PM ----------

It's rather depressing. I have a weak town read on Kai too so some content from him having the potential to actually solidify that read would really make it easy; I'd even settle for just a singular reads post.

D1 was pretty anomalous for DLP to be honest. Snow will likely pop in in a few hours at some point because he's an addict and I wouldn't be terribly surprised to see the rest at some point, but not horribly surprised if some of them don't stop through either.

---------- Post automerged at 05:45 PM ---------- Previous post was at 05:43 PM ----------

I have as much a townread on Kai as is possible for Kai, I think, so I'm not as frustrated as I am sometimes. Fluff, on the other hand, I'm pretty sure is scum but his utter lack of content since that one terribad reads post almost makes that a dart in the dark.

Yeah. I'm going to trust my gut from D1 for now.

    Vote: The Waco Kid

Math was/is speaking moonspeak but Waco feels actively inoffensive.

    I'm pretty much at;

Town (S->W): Koalas, Typhon, Von, Q, Jan, Jari, (Gap), Kai
Scum (S->W): Waco, Fonti, Math, Fluff.

If Waco flips scum Math moves to town and if Waco flips town then Math moves to the top of scum.

I am hovering over the thread and reading new stuff .. but like ..

I have trouble forcing me to post at the moment .. mostly because my cold is annoying the shit out of me and most people don't care about my words.

So why be useful? Just sitting in dark watching you guys running in circles.

While the thought is in my head fontisian could you give another read rainbow? You don't even have to clutter it up with words. I just want to see how things have shifted.

The fluff townread isn't just TSBTS.

It's a mix of the fact that 1. doing nothing is NAI-leaning-town for fluff, since he's only had one scumgame that I can remember, and 2. in that scumgame he actually put on the pretense of scumhunting.

He could absolutely be a Witch, he's just not at the top of my list. I'd actually lynch Kai before fluff, personally.

True .. but i wanted people to comment on you and jari .. and people just didn't bother ..

So why put my thoughts into the thread if most people are doing their own little thing?

I think there is a good chance that you are scum .. but most people read you town .. and don't care about the argument i made.

you did but that is whatever.

I am 90% sure we will lose with the poe people made so far ..

    It is either
    1. no one cares and pushes anything new because scum have given up
    or
    2. scum are on their way cashing in some misslynches and people are just set in their way.

I personally had a mild townread on mathblade, but i have trouble believing the things they said about me (or their thoughts about me at the time).

I think fonti is likely town .. and I want to believe her townread on waco just because she is so dead set on it.

With that being said .. there is a very high chance a scum is fairly townread right now .. but no one cares too much.

oh I was gonna say a few more words about fluff

I already said this, but I'll say it again: I can't see scum!fluff doing his usual town MO of flat-out nothing, especially with the way the game has gone -- Witch lynch Day 1 and a flubbed Nightkill.

His lurking is awful and that kind of play should be lynched out of him, but policy lynch and blah blah blah.

The meta of "Does more as scum" doesn't do much for me Von, especially if it's only based on a singular scum game. There's not a singular in thread action from Fluff of his that I town read. Would certainly go Kai before him.

I call rigged, you guys had a headstart and given my timezone all my posts get merged. #Canneverbreaktop5.
