What would you have done?

Fonti tried a fakeclaim, which forced a roleclaim.
Then you guys forced a fluffclaim and never stopped the train that started rolling.


We could have misslynched fluff without a claim and just wait more time. With that scum have less information about possible roles and are less likely to soup correctly.
You guys (the circle of confirmeds) decided to play it this way .. now you have to go through with it.

 

I think Waco is our scum. PoE from the interactions you and KaiDASH had with Mathblade/soup, role clears and the day 1 reads on Typhon/Vom + I didn't like his characterizations of his push on Math D1 and some of activity.

I was worried that we might end up running out of time before we got a CC because not everyone around/Kai taking forever, given only having 30ish hrs. Revising time means less of a worry.

IMO Jarizok forced this via his play under the knife.

 

I'd have not fake claimed (or claimed at all) if fonti, not role-speculated if Jari, lynched Fluff since he didn't have a claim role, and we'd be in D4 with no roles explicitly outed.

But after Jari did his thing, fonti outted, and there was more than a little implicit role talk, I no longer felt okay about assuming the last scum was an idiot and couldn't soup. Once we went down this road, we damn sure have to finish it.

Actually, Jari isn't even a claim role. I wouldn't have claimed at all there - we have claim roles for a reason, and Oracle is worthless at this point.

I don't blame Jari for roleclaiming, that's entirely a logical reaction towards being fake guiltied, I do think he provided too much information re; others roles but that's not a game losing mistake. What I really didn't/don't like like is that Fonti started this entire claim situation while never being in the lynch pool herself and having her only role related information being someone also not being in the lynch pool especially after what transpired yesterday.

I still don't share her confidence in her Waco town read, my scum read on him weakens significantly given the Math flip and I somewhat doubt both D1 & D2 were SvS wagons but as for his play individually I don't town read it. I'd most certainly want him to claim earlier in the pool given we're already ruled out the people I was leaning towards it potentially being. So lets slow this down & talk it out logically.

@Fonti - Without mentioning the N1 soup attempt and "Waco would never allow that!" can you run me through your town read on him because I'm not accepting you pushing that logic forward for him but not certain other players int he room. And do you genuinely think it's impossible that Math couldn't have taken control and done a "We're doing this because we're both suspected" situation.

I could buy a potential (but unlikely) world where I'm wrong on Q but I can never see one where I'm wrong on Von&Typhon.
