Yeah, it's not objectively difficult to fake, but I just don't think that it was. Is this something you think is comfortably within dLGN's scum range?

Why would I need to fake reads when I already gave a bunch in my first post? Or are those all bullshit fakes as well?

Saying what I think introduces doubt because I don't think dLGN is as cut-and-dry as Q thinks, and I wanted to know what Q thought about that.

    Literally this.

    If Fonti is town/SK (likely)
When a vig crumb is noticed I would never shoot the SK. Similar crumb of vig/gunsmith appeared and that player townread me hard. I got a free gun out of it. Similarly Fonti's kill could establish if Fonti SK or Town to a scum team depending on choice of kill.

    If Fonti is scum
Vig crumb is to lure out a CC. The site meta has a reputation for fake crumbs and Fonti has a reputation for gambits. After seeing it she just picked one of her fake crumbs. Being under suspicion if she gets a CC then gets lynched she still gets a PR.

I actually find the entire scum team on him unlikely. Otherwise the day would have likely ended in a hard lynch. Instead Jarizok suicide into a mislynch because Jarizok was so convinced of Fonti and Vaimes. It doesn't make sense that the entire scumteam was on him. Especially with Eco slot being AFK most of the day.

Scum do not have reads. Therefore all reads from a scumread are inherently fake.

A good player no longer on this site Sloth faked readwalls and put in a lot of effort to looking townie but it is discrepancies like the one I posted of which you have not addressed and only attacked me are usually indicative of scum.

Math, Eco's slot was voting for Jarizok.

He had thirteen votes out of sixteen players.

Emotion are not a reason for a Town or scumread. That is the discrepancy.

    ---------- Post automerged at 13:00 ---------- Previous post was at 13:00 ----------

Exactly my point. Why wasn't he voting Tom?

a lack of compatibility or similarity between two or more facts.
"there's a discrepancy between your account and his"
synonyms: difference, disparity, variance, variation, deviation, divergence, disagreement, inconsistency, dissimilarity, mismatch, discordance, incompatibility, conflict
"the discrepancy between the two sets of figures"

The discrepancy is that you say you townread someone for an emotion.
Emotion is not a valid reason to townread someone. It is gut in fancy form. Empty. If it was a genuine town read it would be "post X makes dlgn town because (logical reason)"

    ---------- Post automerged at 13:07 ---------- Previous post was at 13:05 ----------

The slot had a random vote on Miner. Why?

It would be a discrepancy if I had said I was townreading him for one reason and then said I was town reading him for something else.

Having a read that (in your opinion) is poorly reasoned is not a discrepancy because it's a single state. There is nothing for it to have disparity with.

You can say my read is bad if you want, but at least use the right words.

Maybe because Miner is scummy and my predecessor saw that too?

This does not jive with continued asking for important events. He wants to be told what to do but doesn't like it when others do it. And he uses this to avoid the Tom lynch.

    ---------- Post automerged at 13:11 ---------- Previous post was at 13:09 ----------

No. I provided the literal definition. It doesn't jive. I will use words as I feel are appropriate.

Scummy doesn't always mean scum. The entire D1 play does not jive with what is here at all.

What makes it more likely is tom was under pressure and CrimsonFox unable to deal with it quit.

Wait, did CF acknowledge that it was D1 but still asked who was already dead/lynched???

    He totally did.

This slot cannot live to endgame.

Confirmed town spoke to his experience. There is no reason the slot should have behaved the way it did unless protecting Tom.

    ---------- Post automerged at 13:15 ---------- Previous post was at 13:14 ----------

Agreed. Sorry I haven't had a chance to type things out neatly in notes but CF doing that and Eco reading simply on emotion on dlgn is how scum fake reads.

    ---------- Post automerged at 13:35 ---------- Previous post was at 13:15 ----------

I gotta go again but if we should be lynching in Tom/Eco/Fonti.

This is my first game with him, so I have no meta.

    fontisian ?

Also, do you have any particular reason you don't think it was faked?

---------- Post automerged at 04:52 PM ---------- Previous post was at 04:48 PM ----------

    What.

Half of your posts are 'emotional reaction to post forms read'. You called me town for complaining about no. of posts.

---------- Post automerged at 05:06 PM ---------- Previous post was at 04:52 PM ----------

Not a part of the major push on fonti, but non-committal or sheeping. Miner/you. And opportunistically flirting with it. dLGN.

Generally I think scum try to keep a wide spread, but want it open for a glory ride, and so will be more slow to take it off the table even if they do so.

Plus tom or Math, who are special cases.

I don't remember the Typhon wagon well enough, besides fonti/Von.

What about You, Jan? What stops you finding Typhon town?

Basically the combination of the fact that he was frustrated by the lynch with the fact that he actually tried to move it elsewhere. I think scum would have been happy to complain about the lynch but not actually try and change it (Jar was like the perfect mislynch because no votes have any accountability), so the fact that he did both is, I think, a town tell.

That and it was quite organic. He didn't just go "RAR JAR LYNCH IS BAD" it was more "wtf guys. Ok we can fix this. guys pls".

I hate the idea of lynching eco.

This is not a townread of eco. But I don't think anything foxy did was more likely to come from scum than town.

    ---------- Post automerged at 14:11 ---------- Previous post was at 14:11 ----------

I also don't like whoever suggested that fonti shoot someone besides me.
I'm supposed to be outed scum from her POV.

Pretty sure people saying she shouldn't vig are the people saying you should be lynched today.

    Also thoughts on MathBlade please.
