I liked playing with him in SDV, enjoyed watching his scumgame in Concussion Mafia, and I'd like a 17 player game. He has only replaced out of one game here to my knowledge. I think people have been unnecessarily rude to him ever since he was new here and it bothers me.

Newcomb is one of my favorite people to try to read, WIM or not.

 

I mean .. he basically did not play for 2 days in the last game.
He did not get subbed out because we mercy killed his slot after 2 other slots already subbed out.


I am for him playing if he can commit to it and does not show up with a slacking excuse ridden shit show that he had done several times on here.

Not trying to be mean, but I know he can do better than that. If you are busy then you just should not play.

Even in the scumgame you mentioned he was a no show for d1 and even forgot to submit a nightkill because he was that much out of it.

I know he can play well, but he should only play when he knows he has the time for playing. It just drags everybody involved in the game down.

Sorry for being somewhat drastic here and this is in no way personal, he is a nice guy, but this has to be said.

It is so annoying when the two people you hard read as w/w d1 end up mainwagons and one flips the main scum pr.

You just can't push the world that the other one is scum and look like an idiot for being on the counterwagon.

 

GH was pretty widely scumread D1 already, good job town on that one.

 

I've got nothing against Cobalt, he's always fun to play with. I think people got salty at him about inactivity the past couple of games but then again people get salty about inactivity in just about every game, so I think it's more of a reaction to losing in postgame rather than any actual personal problems or anything.

In any case, 17 people would be a blast.

I read a little bit of day 1 and took notes. I was a little suspicious of GH. Panther was PR or mafia for his opening post. You fooled me recently so I read you town at first, but it wasn't a solid read yet. Sunbae didn't like... post at all where I was reading from so maybe I would have looked at that. (not sure) I enjoyed the friendly banter with Montecore. A lot of Klopp's posts were fun too.

I don't think I or others here read you via the amount of WIM inside your posts and am pretty willing to give you some leeway re; effort put in after the last game, I still think you functioning at like 50% is preferable than you not playing at all but ultimately it's up to you.

 

I'm actually looking forward to rolling scum for once. I thought up some scum tactics during my mafia hiatus that I haven't been able to try yet.

Also would like to play with the version of Cobalt that posts and puts some effort into playing. I've seen that Cobalt in a few games, he's definitely capable of it, just didn't happen in reg's game.
